Great work and quality just needs to work on time promise

Will kept me up-to-date with everything that was to be done. We had a Microwave installed in our kitchen. Will installed the microwave. He had to cut out our cabinets to make room. His work is so well done, you would never know we had our cabinets adjusted in size to allow the microwave to be install. The cabinet doors look as if nothing was ever done to them. His finish work makes everything look like that is the way it has always been.

Will, from Mottown Construction, is a delight and a hard worker. He replaced my bathroom cabinets and did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend him to others.

After buying a new house, I needed someone who could resize the cabinet on top of my gas range so I could install a over the range microwave and replace the exhaust hood that was in place. I searched for one week and nobody would take the job, because they wanted to sell new cabinets even though mine were new and of good wood quality. Then I found Will! Mottown Will showed up on time and did a great quality job for a low price, and you cannot teach that! Final project turned out great!

Mottown Construction installed my kitchen base cabinets and countertop. It was an excellent install. Will is meticulous and has the patience and ingenuity to produce a very satisfying result. We are very pleased.

Will is meticulous about installation and takes the time needed to address problems and find creative and workable solutions when challenged, as we were, with a previous owner's extensive do-it-yourself botch job. He replaced crooked cabinet doors and ill-fitting tiles very professionally and was able to redo the flooring, helped with plumbing issues, and did a marvelous job of carpentry for various areas plus drywall repair. He transformed every area so well it looks as if it had always been that way, which is the mark of a true professional. From removing haphazard carpentry from the previous owner's pet projects to installing trim, corbels and flooring, we have found him to be exceptionally diligent and the job was done to very exacting standards. In every area we used his services for renovation, we are extremely pleased with the results. Highly recommended.

I bought kitchen cabinets from Home Depot and had them delivered to the job site. After searching around for someone to just do installation (most wouldn't do it unless they furnished the cabinets themselves), I found Will at Mottown Construction. He came out and looked at the job requirements, quoted me a price, and a date to do them. He was able to install them in one day, and although the one day installation may not be typical, I was impressed with his timeliness as well as the quality of his work. He made some suggestions for my kitchen prep that I had not thought of. At no time did Will make any disparaging remarks about the cabinets I had purchased, but talking with him later I learned that he could have supplied me with cabinets having 10 times the quality for about the same price. Something I will definitely look into if I ever need cabinets in the future.

I hired them both for cabinet removal and then, several days later, cabinet installation. They did an excellent job with both. When the cabinets were removed it was discovered that there were several holes in the sheetrock that had been hidden by the cabinets. They repaired those and made sure everything looked very nice.

Will & crew remodeled 4 rooms (kitchen, utility room & 2 baths). By far, we have received the best quality for our money with Mottown. Our home has been transformed and it is beautiful! My only regret is that we've exhausted our funds and can't start on the basement projects. So there fore, we definitely plan to rehire Will when we're ready.

Will listened to what I wanted and created the perfect built-in shelves for my family room. They match my windows and look like they were done when the home was originally built. He also transformed my kitchen by adding lighted cabinets to the ceiling that integrate with the original molding. Will's work was of the highest quality and he often left my home cleaner than he found it! He and his team even completed other projects I wanted (at the last minute) without hesitation. I would definitely hire him again---in fact, I already have.
