Last week, 360 Painting completed my exterior siding, loose plank, window, chimney side, roof, gutter repairs, trim carpentry, and exterior painting with absolutely stunning precision. I went through six quotes, and home visits with North East Cobb area full-service painting companies before my wife and I decided on 360. The team used the highest quality Sherman-Williams paint to make sure our home matched the others in our subdivision. Now our house looks its best, and I am looking forward to our home looking good for years to come. We sold our home 2 months ago and Eddie and his team painted the main floor to get it ready for staging. They did such a beautiful job that I asked them to paint inside our new home. Eddie's team painted our entire basement which included a guest room and bath, a workout room, an office, and a theater room. They also painted another bedroom and our kitchen. Needless to say, we needed a lot of paint! Eddie was the only person I called. There was no need to shop the job around. I trust him and his team. They always put down paper and plastic and they take off face plates and banisters. They don't take shortcuts and just paint around things. They take the time to do it right! I will only use 360 when it comes to painting anything in our home.

Due to numerous exterior repairs, I wanted a detailed bid. I didn't want any sudden expensive changes. 360 paint provided this, with photos, explaining what they would do, with a firm price for all the work. His paint / repair crew was diligent and responsive, as was Eddie McCoy.

Excellent. Eddie and his crew came when they said they would and completed in record time. We had an issue with bleed-thru with our under decking that Eddie pointed out to me. Eddie was able to figure out how to correct it and he had the crew out the next day and took care of it. My decks look amazing and I couldn't be happier. Will definitely hire and refer them!

Even though I didn’t go through with the work, Eddie gave me a fair quote which was extremely detailed and clearly outlined expectations of the job. He provided pictures and details online and followed up to ensure I understood and to answer any questions. He’s very personable and professional - I’m sure I could expect the same had he done the work.

Eddie promptly arrived to review the work that needed to be done and gave me an estimate later in the day. His professionalism and knowledge put me at ease and he advised that the job would need to be done over a couple of days. I arranged for the work to be done and the crew arrived on time and Eddie also checked in on the work being done. I had a lot of boards that were disintegrating due to age and weather and green plant residue from the many overhead trees. Black mold was also everywhere from the past year. The job was done quickly and thoroughly and we waited another day for the deck to dry and thankfully the weather cooperated! The crew arrived on time again for the next visit and began to work on repairing the boards that needed replacing and they did a great job. They kept the cost in mind as well and were able to utilize the boards in a cost effective way which kept those repairs down. They then wrapped my house and windows with plastic protecting my house from spray where utilized. I once had my deck stained some years ago by people who did not bother to do this and I found fine paint spray on my windows and areas of the house months later. They rolled where appropriate and sprayed and knocked the job out in the promised time. I had people coming into town and was able to use the deck a day later. It was an awesome job, and came off exactly as promised. I highly recommend Eddie and his crew, they are the real McCoy!

The painters were quick and efficient and I was completely satisfied with their work. We were in a crunch to get the walls painted before moving in to our new house. They were able to work us in before the move.

Completely changed the loolk and feel of the room. Repainted all the wood bookcases and wainscotingfinishes to white. Repaired ceiling. During the estimate, Eddie was very thorough in asking what was desired and explaining the painting process. Crew was punctual and professional. Crew lead and Eddie kept us informed during the process. Finished product truly looks like a professional job! Final invoice matched the estimate - no surprises! I very rarely leave negative reviews...because I believe everyone can have a bad day. However, this experience is notable. I contacted several pros, including 360, in order to receive estimates on painting the exterior of my new home. I attempted to stagger the appointment times, so that I could give each the attention they deserved. Unfortunately, one of the pros arrived late, at the same time I was speaking to Mr. McCoy. When the other contractor pulled into my driveway, Mr. McCoy and I were standing outside discussing the issues with my home. Upon their arrival, Mr. McCoy questioned me, as to whether I was seeking other estimates; I told him I was. He then asked had I scheduled them to come at the same time; and I told him no, they were late. When they walked up to us and introduced themselves, I said "one moment" to Mr. McCoy and expressed my disappointment at their tardiness. As they were apologizing and explaining why they were late, Mr. McCoy picked up the plank he was showing me, and without saying a word, walked to his car. I thought he was putting the plank away, but then he got into his car, made a U-turn in my driveway, and drove away. While I do understand that it is not optimum to have more than one contractor providing an estimate at a time, I do not understand that reaction, as multiple estimates should be expected. He did not excuse himself, did not say goodbye, just drove away. This was very unprofessional and unnecessary behavior.

They are excellent. This is the second time I have used them as a subcontractor. They do quality work and are very conscientious. They show up when they promise and they stay on task. I would highly recommend them and I will continue to use them.

My husband and I were very pleased with the painting and the service. They power washed our house first. Then they took a full day to prep our house, i.e. they caulked around windows, doors, etc where needed, reglazed several windows, repaired soffit. Then the exterior was painted beautifully. I feel like my house is happy again!

These guys did an exceptional job. I especially want to highlight the incredible job they did on my man cave. Prior to their work, the original builders and painters did a pretty shoddy job. After Eddie and his team were done, it looked BRAND NEW! They painted other areas of the home equally as great, but it's hard to capture their attention to detail and high-level expertise when taking a picture of a regular wall. However, you can really see the quality of their work on my coffered ceiling so I've included these images. To top it all off... every member of their team is extremely kind and they have great chemistry. I would certainly hire them again!

Eddie and his crew were excellent, accommodating and extremely easy to work with. The entire interior of my home needed to be repainted. Not only did they do a superb job painting, their preparation was phenomenal. Without asking, they recommended (and did not up-charge) smoothing all areas of drywall where any minor imperfections were. The crew painted a 2700 sq. ft. home in five days, which included the preparation time. Another day was spent on painting the large front deck, doors, and installing the handlesets. The team was respectful of the other contractors working on other parts of the remodel, and covered all cabinetry and hardware to minimize paint spillage. Eddie was very accommodating with any changes I asked for, which were minimal. He worked within my budget, and even went above and beyond it. I would highly recommend Eddie and his team for any interior and exterior painting needs.

The team did a great job. They were on-time, very respectful, moved furniture and were very careful keeping the paint off of floors and furniture. They fixed any little flaws I identified ( I am pretty picky), They even took my photo albums out of a bookshelf I forgot to empty and put them back more neatly than I had them!
