Absolutely amazing. I had a major emergency at my home and several other electricians would either refuse to do the work or just would not even respond to give me a quote. My meter pole snapped and fell, leaving myself and my family without power. These guys rose to the occasion. From start to finish, everyone was kind and understanding and took the time to explain to me everything we needed, the process of repair, and were fast at gathering materials. The electrician they sent out was all around an amazing person who also knew how to respond to all the questions kids would ask as well. While their pricing is a little more than what local mom-and-pop places would charge, they've made a repeat customer out of us. We are definitely willing to pay a little more for their quality work and ability to relate to their customers on a level that a lot of larger providers are unable to maintain. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you guys for everything you've done for us.

Fixed the issue very quick and got the power restored. We also had him install a new LED light fixture in a closet/pantry. Mr Electric (Richard) did a great job!

Actually responded to inquiry, others did not call back. Arrived within acceptable times, did work well with minimum fuss. Kudos to Richie.

I called Mr. Electric to help me with a smoke alarm problem. They called ahead and sent a picture of the electrician that was sent out. The electrician showed up on time. He diagnosed the problem in a timely manner. He made suggestions on how to fix the problem. The cost of the repair was very fair. The electrician was friendly and interacted well with me. I am very pleased with the level of service that I received from Mr. Electric. I highly recommend their services to everyone.

Excellent experience! They came out for an estimate at the exact time they said they would. Gave me estimate on the spot. Called me to schedule an hour later and were out 3 business days later at the exact time they said they would arrive and were done in less than an hour. Super friendly and did exactly what they said they would each time. Thatâ s rare these days and very much appreciated.

Friendly professional service

Project: Upgrade meter base, from 200A to 400A, and replace/upgrade electrical panels with Leviton smart breakers (which I purchased). We planned on having the electricity turned off for two days to complete the installation. Everything went as expected, by the 2nd day the county inspector passed the meter base install. When the electric company came out, they immediately stated that it was wired incorrectly and could not turn the electricity on. I called Mr. Electric around 5:30 pm, Tom (the owner) called me right back and had his guys back first thing the next morning (they originally were scheduled to be back later that day). They resolved the issue but we had to get a new inspection completed before the electric company came back out. When the inspector did arrive, he apologized for the other inspectors error. The electric company came out and we had electricity by 4:30 pm (3rd day). On the 4th day, they came back out to label the breakers, which they did without issue. Everyone was very polite and respectful but I would not hire them for a big job like that again. While two wrongs don't make a right, it was a huge inconvenience to repack the family to stay elsewhere from home another night. Plus, an additional $50 in dry ice to keep the freezers and refrigerator cold.

Came out and gave a free quote, which many companies wonâ t do. They followed up a couple days later and I told them that I had found a cheaper quote with a different company. The owner personally called me and beat the other companyâ s price. They came out and did the work quickly. I had a 240 volt outlet installed for an EV charger in my garage. Work was done quickly and high quality. I would highly recommend Mr. Electric!
