"NES was great! Extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything all the way through. I had tons of questions but he ended up really taking his time to answer them I had around 7 quotes from different companies but ultimately decided to go with NES because I felt I could trust the work. Even if the prices are similar, go with your gut and pick NES. There was no frills and extra bs. I ended up adding a ton of services on the original quote because the value it provided. If you are looking at this review you have most likely spoken with other vendors. I’ve talked to countless people saying they can’t give any ballpark quotes until they it. Scope of work may change when they see it BUT.. the price of the work shouldn’t change. Every vendor has a pricing sheet of the base level work. "We replaced the original roof on our house. I expressed my concerns about re-installation of the lightening rods to my roofer. We have had at least three direct hits since they were originally installed in 2013. My roofer called William who was very helpful. William offered to come out an make sure everything was 100% after re-installation. He came the day after I called and I'm glad he did. While the reinstall was the best he had seen (his words) there were issues after 5 year and 3 strikes that needed addressed. He fixed those and now I have a new roof and I am certain the lightening rods will work as intended. Highly recommend this company."
