Good work. Median price range.

It did not go well at all. I had hired them before and had no problems with very small 1 day jobs. But when I agreed to let them do all of the work to remodel an entire house the problems began. Their work showed problems and I found materials missing from my home. They committed to having all of the work done in a timely manner but on November 20, 2021 David Watkins told me and my wife if I would just pay him another $3800 that he would finish the job completely. At that time we agreed and gave him a check which he cashed within the hour. The following Monday I advised David and Ronnie Watkins that my wife had been diagnosed with breast cancer and I would be busy with her care. The very same day they started moving their tools and equipment off of the job and they never did the work that David promised would be done. They even sent me a text message to tell me to stay home and not worry about them. The whole time the were taking all of their equipment and running with the money that I had entrusted them with to finish this house. They even took my tools and I am out a lot of money. I hired another painting contractor to correct the mess that they left and it is so bad that it’s costing me $3000 to fix what they messed up and that’s only the paint. These two guys tell everyone that they are licensed and insured. That is not true. They started plumbing work and electrical work and deck work and none of it is finished. As if that’s not enough these guys had a worker come and he ran over the septic tank and broke the lid. This is when I found out that they did NOT have insurance as is required in the state of Georgia to be in the remodeling business. I would never hire them again. I have been in business for 45 years and this is the worst experience . Buyer Beware !

Watkins arrived on time and completed all work that day in a very satisfactory manner. Great to do business with them.

It was very good. It was done in a couple of days. The price was a lot better. They came in and got everything done.

They are very good, good job. They finish it on time.

I've hired the Watkins team on several remodeling projects and they performed the work in a professional timely efficient manner. They even made recommendations that would save time and money which at the same time improved the outcome of the project. I plan on making other improvements and already know that I will use the Watkins team again.
