+ -1 moreKimball Electric and Refrigeration Service have done a great job. I am very pleased with them particularly an out of hours work. They come over on holiday weekend to do a job and it is why I am overjoyed on how they portray their work ethic.
Description of Work: For the past 38 years, we have been using Kimball Electric and Refrigeration Service for heating and AC services. In February, they came for heat and air routine maintenance service.

appliance repair
+ -1 moreCalled them to come out to my home at approximately 9:00 AM and check my upright freezer. They stated they cuoold come out after lunch and I accepted. They showed up about 15 minutes early and immeidatley went to work. They took apart the back of the freezer, did some electrical testing on the sensors. They told me what the problems was and said they would have to return to their office and look up the parts and cost and would call me later that afternoon. The service call cost me $98.00. The service call fee would not be applied towards any future work if I selected to use them. All parts and labor would be extra.
Description of Work: Evaluate the root cause of the freezer not maintaining a temperature capable of keeping food frozen.
