real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreGloria came out to our property and acted like a real appraiser. She took notes and appeared legitimate. "Appeared" is the operative word here. She promptly cashed the check and we never got an appraisal from her. We communicated with her a couple of times by email, during which she gave us plausible excuses for the delay, and then we could get no further response. I called, emailed, and even went to her house (which is her place of business) and left a note there. I have a default judgement against her and am getting a FIFA. I have also filed an action to get her license investigated, and I hope revoked. This woman is a thief - stay away!
