Customer service was great. The completion of the project is poor. Had to have another service come and inspect what they were supposed to fix and an area was completely ignored and thereâ  s still leakage

O?Conner chimney actually sub contracted the work out to a rock mason. Which they did a decent job, but when I had a problem after he wouldn?t come back and see if they could fix the problem!!

We had bought our new house in January 2017, and we had no idea if our two fireplaces needed cleaning or repair. I called Oconee Chimney Company because of their great reviews. Charlie returned my call, and we set up an appointment. He was on time and very professional and knowledgeable. It turned out that we didn't need any work at all, but Charlie only made this determination after doing a thorough check of the both fireplaces and the roof. And he didn't charge for the inspection of any of them. I felt bad he spent all that time and I couldn't pay him, but he didn't want a cent. I will use him in the future if the need arises, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs work on their fireplace.

Charlie came out to inspect our chimney to see if it needed cleaning. It didn't but when it does, we will call the Oconee Chimney Company. Charlie didn't clean it just for the sake of $$ but due to his honesty, I will keep his card.

Oconee chimney co.is a very good and informable about what they do they are also very honest they could have very well gotten me for alot of money instead what i haf to pay them was more than half of what i was quoted the only way i know this is until i contacted home advisor i was going to hire another co.
