Lighting Unlimited

We were told lamp would be ready for pick up in 3 weeks. No call in 3 weeks. We called them. Were told they'd call factory and call us back. Did not call us back. We called again. Found out that there was a problem with the order; would be another 3 weeks. Three weeks later no call. We called them. Repeat of previous unprofessional unreturned calls. Finally called to ask to cancel order. Were told it was on its way. No call; same song and dance. When we finally made contact, told that light had been damaged in shipping. They would refund $$ to credit card, which would take a couple of weeks. Three weeks later, no refund. Could not contact anyone in store. Finally filed dispute with credit card company and 4 months after our purchase, $$ was credited to our credit card. The man was dealt with was never apologetic, never initiated contact, always seemed harried and disinterested. If this company is still in business it's a miracle.
