This Guy is a nightmare. (JOSHUA) He is so desperate he will beg you for the job then try to screw you. He had bad sod delivered to my home without my consent. He promised one price then he kept changing it. The sod they put in my front yard is lumpy, and I have already replaced some of it. the mulch is a mess, they never put a liner down. He left 10 pallets of bad sod on my property. The workers he contracted with to do the sod said its not even good sod. The guy he got to do the grading said he tried to borrow 1300 dollars from him. He has no equipment, he said he's been doing this for so many years and has done all these big projects, but he asked me to rent him a machine because he doesn't even have a credit card. I could go on for days, all I can say if you run acros Joshua, All in one, or Silas reclamations LLC run for the hills. These are all the names he uses.

You were trying to get 30,000 square feet of grading done for four grand …I think you could get the price you wanted I think you couldn’t get the price that you were wanting and we’re trying to work me down not that I was desperate. I think you’re broke and your husband doesn’t approve so then asked me on a platform that feeds my family when you give me a five star rating when the job was completed and approved of work and sat there and watched all the work that was done and never complained. One time loved every bit of it and thank me, paid me It’s OK don’t be childish. You can’t finesse everyone.

Great, they did a wonderful job my front yard looks amazing. They graded, laid sod and mulch, and also planted trees for me. They will work with you in your budget to get you the absolute best outcome.
