We had water leaking through our downstairs ceiling. I called Watson and they came pretty quickly. The problem was soon identified as a leak in the dishwasher which they could not fix. Stupid me, I then asked if they could replace the faucet set in my downstairs bathroom. Shouldn't be much of a problem I thought. Five and a half hours later he finally left. Everything went wrong. We were billed for 6.5 hours at 160.00 per hour. I had left after 4 hours and was told that there just need to be one more small thing fixed - which took 2 more hours. What happened: 1. He did not have the proper tool to remove the original faucet so he took between 45 minutes and an hour to do what should have taken about 1 minute. 2. He did not have the proper tool to clamp some part so he called an associate to bring it. How much time - I don't know but probably about an hour. 3. I told my wife to pay when the work was finished. The plumber took about 30 minutes to fill out and invoice and we were charged for that time. 4. I contacted Mr. Watson to find out if he could make an adjustment to the bill. He said he would work something out but never got back with me. Subsequent call never found him in. 5. I went to the business and talked with Mrs. Watson had the paperwork on his desk. I called her again later and got the same story. 6. They have never contacted me about my complaint.

I received a call within 5 minutes of entering our request on Angie's list and the technician arrived at the house about an hour later. They diagnosed the problem, obtained the new part, and repaired our shower before lunch. Highly recommended.

Repaired as promise in a timely order

On time, great job. Rains had saturated the soil to the point that water was flooding back into the tank while they pumped. They actually took about 1900 gallons from my 1200 gallon tank, but honored the quoted price! Definitely will use them for future needs.

Would not use this company ever. The 2 men that came to look at my bathroom were so dirty and smelly. One of them needed to clean out his underwear out.

The attitude that i had from the service provider this time was totally different this time around. They sent two people when one could do.. They seem to spend more time outside then inside.. I believe that the price the gave me was exuberant for what was done and they argued with me about that..

took them a very long time, hours, to locate the septic tank. In the process of removing ground away from tank, the lid was cracked. The job was completed successfully and the representatives attempted to locate a new lid, although without success. At this time it was about noon on Friday. They promised me they'd call me the following Monday to arrange a time to reinstall a new lid. That phone call never came. From that point on, I've contacted the office with no results received. Each time I called, I was told that they'd find me a new lid promptly and contact me to have it installed. I followed up at least once a month until Feb 2015 and have still not received a new lid. One of the last few times I called, I was told they couldn't find record of the service. I immediately faxed a copy of my receipt as proof of service. Later I followed up, only for the woman to tell me they didn't receive the fax. I faxed it again and still no follow-up. Meanwhile, my septic tank is dangerously insecure just off the front porch steps of my house. Animals, people and lawn mower are all at risk of falling in.

He did excellent work! They were very nice, polite, and capable. They came when they said they would come. I was very satisfied. Reasonably priced.

Actually every thing went well. The workers were very pro. The only thing was, not knowing a perferred plumber I used the phonebook. Resulting in a higher much higher price to pay.

I contacted this company long distance because I had a rental property in Macon and I lived in North Carolina. They promptly contacted my tenant, made an appointment, arrived timely and did all the repairs I requested.

They were honest, appropriate and fast. They did not try to overcharge me. I will be using them from now on.

Watson came the same day we called them. Were able to call ahead of time to arrange someone to be there. Checked out alarm for fault, and was asked to reset breaker in house. Alarm working fine. Removed tank cover to check pump operation, all ok. Float was not properly secured and set off alarm. Checked float was operating ok and secured it properly. Tested. All working fine now. Replaced tank cover.

It went very nicely. They responded quickly and we haven't had any further issues. The staff demeanor was good as I would expect. Their price was reasonable.

Came the day after we called and installed the cleanout, but did not cap it. Said they were very busy and stated it would be a week before they could pump the tank. Did not show the day we were scheduled, but did show up the next day. They pumped the tank and installed the cap on the cleanout. The next week we received a bill for the cleanout cap that we had paid for the first visit. They did adjust the account promptly.

It went fine. It took them 3 days to get here but they charge the price they quoted, so that was a good thing.

I asked her if it was possible if the water would go down on it's own, and she told me several customers had called to let them know there systems were working as the ground dried up. To me that was an honest shop telling the customer the truth and not trying to make a sale. After a few days the ground is now leeching water again and using water deosn't mean a back up! When I am ready to have my Septic Tank pumped I will certainly call on Watson Plumbing and Associates.

repairmen came when when promised.roto-snaked line . cleared in short time. was very courteous.

They were very personable. They arrived when they said they would. They explained everything that needed to be done. They finished the job from start to finish in about an hour and a half. I was very pleased and will use them again if the need arises.

They responded promptly and was very thorough in their work and explaining what may have been the problem.

Called and made an appointment to have my water relocated from my bathroom closet to my garage. The distance was about 10 feet Point a to point b. The Watson Plumbing representative arrived as scheduled and was well versed in what I wanted accomplished. He looked around, made some notes wrote up an invoice with the required work listed. I refused to sign the work order because I didn't want to commit to this contractor until I was given a firm price for parts and labor so I initialed instead. The representative did not provide me with cost of relocating my water heater but he stated that Mr. Watson would call me back with a total price for my water heater relocation. Representative stayed for about 30 minutes then left. I didn't receive a call from Watson Plumbing for two days. Mr. Watson called me and stated that the total price of relocating my water heater would be $925.00, not including electrical relocation I thought that it was a bit much just to move a warer heater 10 feet. I asked him what about the electricial and he said that moving the electricial would be an additional cost and he said that he would have to get back to me with the GRAND Total. It's been two weeks and I still have not received a call from Watson Plumbing. I thought the with todays economy, Watson Plumbing would jump at trying to gain my business I guess I was wrong. I called another plumbing business on Angies List only this time the representative gave me an estimate after his inspection of the work needed. Not only did I hire a competer but they had my water moved and hooked up in about 4.5 hours and $320 cheaper.

They came in a very short time considering that it was Veterans day. Found my problem immediately and made an extensive rebuild in coupling everything together properly Showed me what had to be done and why and immediately went to it. They had me done in about an hour. Excellent response time and service. I felt I was dealing with quality down to earth men with integrity and honesty. They also asked if I was a Veteran and when I told them I was, and was thanked for my service. Being a Viet Vet It was nice to hear. Pleasant, honest, prompt and curteous

I called Watson Plumbing one afternoon about my Water Heater. The water temperature had been getting extremely hot then the water heater would trip the breaker. I was having to reset the heater at least daily and on the last few days before the repairs, 2 - 3 times daily. They were out the next day before lunch. They replaced the heating elements. They could have charged me for a new thermostat but they did not. I had been told by some and ldquo;plumbersand rdquo; that they would have to replace the thermostat and heating elements. I have used this company several times before and I will definitely use them again. EXCELLENT COMPANY with Trustworthy employees.

Called, set an appointment, they came on time and did exactly what I wanted.
