We lost cooling one evening last week and the weather forecast predicted 90+ degrees for the following day. I called first thing the next morning and they had a technician at our house before noon. He diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the thermostat, and by the time he left we were cool again. He also had to order a new sensor and came back today (promptly on time again) and the work was completed within 15 minutes. Total Comfort also replaced a faulty blower motor in our furnace last November and that experience was just as positive. I will definitely use them again.

Technician was unable to perform services ordered and paid for on Angles List site. This was due to standing water underneath my home, which is where the furnace is located. However, the technician did everything he could and made notes to my file for a follow-up visit to be scheduled. Within a few weeks, the follow-up visit was confirmed and he returned without my prompting to complete the inspection. (The furnace had resumed heating properly before his return.) He provided pictures of some of his findings. All-in-all, my unit is working pretty well despite its age. An offer to provide estimates for a potential replacement unit was made.

It went very well the Technician pointed out to me that my Heat Pump Defrost Board may need to be replace so I told him once I get the funds for the work that I will call the Company.

Great, the technition showed up promptly. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He trouble shooted my system, replaced a transformer and noticed additional problems with my outside unit. I felt very comfortable with his prognosis, he explained everything and provided his recommendations. Great service!

Very prompt service. Received SAME DAY as purchased a prepaid service on Angie's List. The technician came quickly and got right to work looking at my heating unit under the house (in crawl space). The system had stopped running for reasons unknown and had restarted again on its own for reasons unknown. Having had trouble getting service last winter when it seriously broke down I wanted it checked out just for peace of mind. The young tech did a complete diagnostic and didn't find anything wrong. He said he did "servicing" and then was confused about payment situation since I had pre-paid via Angie's List. He started to charge me the full amount and I had to call his office to confirm that the $79.00 has already been paid. He then said there was an additional $50 payment required for the servicing (which I though was the whole point of the appt.). However due to the fact that the response was immediate from the company and I felt reassured that I would have heat throughout the winter - this was a small price to pay. Overall it was a great experience and a good value - in hindsight I should have verified payment and coverage up front just to avoid the embarrassment but still it was well worth the cost. After having two different companies in the past being no-shows and leaving me literally out in the cold - I trust these guys to show and show quickly. I would recommend them and plan to use them in the future for any other heating needs.

I've had a lot of problems with my heat pump. They check it twice a year. I have a contract with them. They are real friendly.

I am on a maintenance plan and I pay $11.50 for a month and they came out twice a year and perform the service. They pretty much show up when they say they are going to. They are easily very friendly and nice. I would continue to use them in the future.

Mike assessed the problem and had it fixed in no time. Some insulation was loose and wrapped around something in the heating unit. Possible fire hazard. He corrected everything and made sure all was working. Very professional. Thank you again Mike for getting heat for my Grandbaby.....

Everything went really well. They came right away even though it was three in the morning, they did a good job with the repairs, and they were flexible in terms of the price for the work. They were willing to offer a payment plan if necessary.
