They did an excellent job. The workmanship was flawless and the value for the money could not be better. They worked around another contractor doing chimney repairs, they were very flexible. A home run, I would recommend to anyone.

We hired SQ Services to remove dated synthetic stucco quoins, replace stucco trim around front door and paint stucco accent areas at attic and on the side of our brick home. Their estimate was not the least expensive but their availability worked for our schedule. We were so pleased with the initial work, we immediately broadened the scope to add stucco around all of the windows. They were patient with us as we sought non-flat trim profiles. In the end, we went with their recommendation. The first job finished on time, the second job finished early. Gave 4.5 stars because we needed better advice on the stucco color (had to buy stucco/stucco paint twice) and had to frequently remind to clean up foam debris, water bottles and to remove orange stucco buckets from scaffolding between work days. We are considering them for additional stone work.

I am very happy with the work SQ Services completed on our townhouse. They had to deal with cracks from settling, match the existing color and texture of the townhouse due to HOA restrictions, and still managed to complete the work in a way that suited our style. Portillo was flexible in terms of working with our timeline due to budget concerns, and he returned to work on the house as soon as we were ready. Upon completion, he and his crew cleaned up, and were always timely and respected the work-hour restrictions of our neighborhood. I would highly recommend SQ services stucco repair work, and although I haven't seen their new construction work with stucco, I can only imagine that it would be far easier for them to work with a newly constructed house or building than an old, existing repair job like ours. He did other jobs in our neighborhood, so I was also able to check his work before starting. For a fair price, he did the work he was hired to do in a timely manner. As a homeowner, it's hard to ask for more than that. Thanks Portillo!

Hired SQ to remove my shutters and put stucco around my windows and doors in the front of my house. They did an AMAZING job!! The workmanship was excellent, they were always on time and communicated well. I would definitely recommend them and would certainly use them again. I've fallen in love with my house again! Excellent and beyond call of duty

Work was done very promptly. Their price was fair and the quality of the work performed was good. I certainly recommend them.

Extremely sloppy and unprofessional work. Painting was sloppy with trim paint on siding. Caulking was very messy. Smeared all over siding. Left trash in yard with pieces of wood and exposed nails. Did a poor job cleaning up work area. They did not take away material which causes another expense to get it hauled away. I submitted pictures to the person who came out to check on doing the job. I would not recommend their service.

Santos was great. They did a really nice job repairing the stucco on my house. Will use them again.

They did a fantastic job repairing damaged stucco on my home. You can't even tell where the new stucco begins and where the old stucco meet. They did a seemless job and I am extremely pleased with the results. I highly recommend their services!

I used Portillo for stucco ing a retaining wall. Work quality was amazing, and managed to match texture of the house. Would definitely hire again! If you re reading this, give him a chance to bid and you won t be disappointed.
