The Gutter Gophers

Serviceman arrived on time; blew all pine straw off the roof and cleared MOST gutters. I didn't follow him around and watch though, which I should have as he missed two. When done, he said that all of my gutters were in good condition, everything cleaned. After he left, I noticed a tangled mass of vines in one of the small gutters by the front porch. I pulled them out the best I could, angry with myself that I didn't watch him and point it out. Then, noticed a lot of pine straw poking up from the gutter at the top of my 2nd story screen porch on the back of the house. This was the gutter that concerned me most, as the screen porch has a flat roof. After the next storm, I noticed that some water was coming from that downspout, but a lot was also dripping all along that gutter. I emailed owner who never replied. After about a week, I texted him instead. In both cases, I stated that I don't have time to make phone calls and asked that he either leave a voicemail or reply to my messages. He texted back stating that he's been having email problems and promised to clear the gutters at no charge - hopefully on Friday, 3/15. It's now Saturday, 3/26 and the gutters haven't been cleared and I haven't heard back from him.

They forgot to clean the gutters in front of my porch. They did not do a very good job with the pine straw. They blew the straw over the pine cones so you could not see them. They worked for about 3 hours with a 2 person crew.

Their price was a little high. I spent around $300. I like them because they check back with me and keep me posted on whether they can come out or if I want them to come out.

After cleaning out gutters he pressure washed, we didn't see much improvement so we told him. Straight away he said he would redo the pressure washing with a different eco cleaner which made a huge difference. The owner Todd Randall and his employee Evan were anxious to ensure good customer service and we were grateful and would call them again in a heartbeat.

Todd Randall actually listened to what I had to say and right away and redid the pressure washing without any problem. Now that's first class customer service. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs his type of service. Very good! Carmel McIntyre 124 Myrick Dr Macon GA 31220
