 + 0 moreThey came out quickly and accessed the situation which was rather late. They quickly cleaned out the septic tank, but the true culprit was an aging wash field. It was determined that all may be fine for a couple of more years. We chose to wait because my husband had been unemployed for five months and only just started a new job recently. They agreed that was an ok option to take, but they clearly described symptoms we would have early on, so we can call them before things get backed up again. They were polite, understanding, and professional.

Description of Work: I called. Mr. Taylor and another man came to my house. Looked at everything and explained what they needed to do. But after I have called several times they have yet to return my call, come by or contact me in any way. Basically he said to call if the sewage backs up into my house.

Description of Work: Pumped my septic tank. Because they did not have a long enough connection hose to pump from the street, they had to drive their heavy pumper truck onto my side yard via my driveway. When the pumping was complete, the (now) much heavier pumper truck cracked and fractured my driveway when it was departing.

 + -1 moreThey did an excellent job. There were some scheduling challenges, but they made up for it by providing me a discount for my inconvienance. They were friendly as well as patient in answering all of my questions when they were at the house. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Taylor pumped my septic tank as well as coming back out soon after to clean out a clog in my waste line to the tank. I had the tank cleaned out thinking that was why my waste water was not draining properly.

Matt was very courteous, professional and efficient. They do offer a 10% discount for military and seniors, so be sure to ask for it if you qualify.
