+ -1 moreMr. Brantley came in looked at my AC, I told him what the other AC repair did, looked at my AC, went under the crawl space and told me that my AC need replacing, the whole unit and gave me an estimate of $4,500.00 to replace the whole unit, and was gone in less than 15 minutes.

Description of Work: This was a new install of complete air conditioner. I don't remember the rating, but it was rated as a very energy efficent system and was near-cutting edge technology at the time. The company is mom and pop type, but don't be put off. This is exactly the company you want to hire. He'll show up when he says. Do what he says. Charge what he says. And if anything goes wrong (and doesn't it always?) he'll set it right at little or no charge. A real man that stands by his word.

+ -1 moreIn 2012, he and his crew worked steadily until it was completed (about a day and a half), and we noticed an immediate difference in the temperature of our house. In 2005, the cold day we brought our newborn daughter home from the hospital and discovered our heater had died, Mr. Brantley worked until 10:00 at night until our house was heated.We have had no problems at all with any of the work he has done for us over the years (I think once he came and replaced a part for our heater), and he has always tried to get us the best deals on the most efficient equipment. He is honest, hardworking, and thorough. We are very satisfied with Mr. Brantley, and we definitely will be calling him again if we should need him.
Description of Work: The price listed above included a complete replacement of the 1954 AC ductwork beneath the house. However, Mr. Brantley has done extensive work on our house since 2005, which includes replacing our heater, our AC, and (I believe) our water heater (?) I don't recall how much they were, but he has always been very reasonably priced.
