+ -1 moreOverall it was a great experience. I got the new A/C and it was not too expensive and worked great.
Description of Work: My Air Conditioning went out on Saturday, June 30. I called Quality Heating and Air and left a message on their phone. Early Monday morning I received a call back from them. They came out Monday afternoon and found that my compressor was dead. They said they could not come before July 4 as they had to get the new unit but first had to get me an estimate together. They got an estimate for getting a used unit, a new unit with the same freon I had or a new unit with the newer freon that is now on the market. I chose the new unit with the freon I had. They came out July 5th bright and early and removed the old unit and installed the new one. They were very professional as always and the price was not as much as I had thought I would have to spend. This is the first time since I have been using them that they were not able to fix the problem on the first visit but they came as soon as possible to fix it. It worked great and I was very happy with the overall experience.

+ -1 moreThey do a great job. They are dependable and honest. I have been using them for 35 years now. When I thought I needed a new AC unit, they said all I needed to do was fix it. They could have told me to spend the money on a new unit, but they are very conscientious.
Description of Work: My AC went out. As soon as I called them, they had another job but came to my house first. They changed out the condenser, and I was back up and running that morning by 9 AM.
