+ -1 moreHORRIBBLE!!!! BUG INVESTED WAS ATTACKED AT NIGHT BY YELLOW JACKETS TRYING TO MOVE OUR FURNITURE IN CALLED AND ASKED FOR THEM TO COME PICK UP REP STATED THEY WOULD REFUND ME AND COME GET DID NOT COME GET AND CHARGED ME ALMOST $00 POD WAS NOT THERE EVEN 10 DAYS!!!

+ -1 morenot recommended. They were timely, but they said our new house was too rural for them to go and they dropped it off at a storage facility 30 miles away. It was not too rural, I think. We were only 10 minutes out of a town of 50,000. Not only was it expensive, when we opened the pod, everything was dumped over and furniture was broken. They told me to strap, everything in, which I did, but I didn't expect them to be flipping the thing several times or so that is what it looked like; antique furniture was broken, boxes busted open, stuff all jumbled up. It looked like a tornado went through it.
Description of Work: drop off pods, pick them up, shipped them to a pods facility where we had to hire seperate folks to unload the stuff from the pod into a moving van.

+ 0 moreThey were great and wonderful to work with. They called the day before the move to confirm a time estimate of when they would arrive. The day they delivered the POD they called again to confirm I would be home for delivery. They were very considerate. Once the POD was packed they picked it up and delivered it to the nearest storage area in Georgia. Then they delivered the POD to my home and I was able to keep the unit for up to 30 days while I unpacked everything. Nothing got broken.
Description of Work: Used them when I was moving from Louisiana to Georgia.
