I had some storm and wind damage, PD was contacted by our insurance company to come do the moisture inspection and mitigation. There are definitely some communication issues that they need to work on. We had a couple of misunderstandings, but the Mitigation Manager, John Reasoner, has been apologetic about the issues and has tried to resolve all of them.

Horrible! They talked down to me. Lied to me destroyed property and didn't even apologize. Worked for me insurance company that a called their fraud department and call out collusion between the two. We shall see.

They gave an estimate and then there was a long delay before anyone got back with me. Very slow to get the work done. Had to redo part of it because it wasn't up to their standards. Some of the workmen were from over 150 miles away. and did poor work. Stain and leveling didn't match other cabinets.

Contacted by Estimator and walked through 2000 square foot walkout basement. Basement contains stud walls (mainly load bearing) and HVAC. Main issues: estimator did not listen to my wish list or preferred layout. I specifically wanted to keep the hallway and construct a door to outside patio. Instead, estimate substituted unneeded closets in lieu of hallway. I requested a built up floor for bathroom since I preferred not to cut the concrete floor, but the estimate included expensive sawing, demolition, and restoration of basement floor. Other small and miscellaneous requests not included or contrary to preferences.

I spoke with Paul and we'd set up a tentative home visit/consultation, but had to reschedule as my husband had to work late - he said he would call back Monday 7/1, but never heard back from him.

They did a great job. They did pretty well. They had the best quote of all the quotes that I've got, I think it was good quality work and they're not totally done yet so it's taking a while but there were some hold ups so that would only be my only complaint, it's kind of taking a while to get it finished. I think the work overall is pretty good. There were some things that were messed up that's still need to be fixed but he said he's going to come back and fix some things up with the subcontractors. We kind of renegotiated because there were some changes in the contract and some additions and deletions.

It was reasonable, they were, I would say on the higher end of things, but it seemed like they were the kind of company that would give you all the thrills, and go above and beyond. Their attention to detail was awesome. They broke the quote down, but it involved more items, so I didn't use them.

The contractors were here each day on time. They asked me what time they could start work each day as they didn't want to disturb our household (I have a baby in the house). They came each day and worked thru til the end of the day. The dumpster was dropped off and the roof work started approximately 3 days into the repair. They found that the roof on the house was the original roof and that it had 3 layers of roofing material. All of that added approximately one extra day to the repair but when it was all done they even raked the yard to be sure that all of the roofing debris had been picked up. The dumpter people cracked the driveway and left deep gouges in the grass when they picked up the very full dumpster. Paul Davis took care of fixing our driveway and even fixed the lawn. At the end of the repair that were some stray nails sticking out of the ceiling (they explained how it happened but I honestly can't remember the explanation. It made sense to me at the time though). The contractors came back and fixed this problem for us without any complaint. After the work was complete they came by to walk through the repairs with us. The entire experience was pain-less. I would definitely use these guys again.
