I'm not sure if these guys are even around any longer, but just in case, here is your warning not to do business with them. We had numerous problems with the new construction home we bought from Paul Schofield and Terry Theus (Terry also does flooring work). Items covered under the one year home warranty were never fixed, thus they violated their obligations under the contract. We sent them numerous letters with pictures, only to be ignored. Not only did they not fix the issues (such as the air conditioner and heating units do not function correctly, the yard floods and requires a drainage system as pointed out in the initial home inspection, the garage leaks when it rains causing repeated damage to the woodwork inside the garage, my daughter's shower did not produce hot water for nine months, some of the windows leaked water when it rained) but they became hostile and shouted insults at us (the customers) and dared us to hire a lawyer. We paid $3,000 less than the asking price on a house priced over $300k, so it isn't like we negotiated them out of making substantial profit from the sale of our house. They had more than enough time and money to honor their contractual obligations, but chose to ignore them and abuse us as customers. Their failure to honor their contractual obligations has caused us substantial time and money to try and repair the issues with the house, which are problems with the way the house was built. Quality is an issue, as well as customer service. BUYER BEWARE!
