Description of Work: Can't remember exact date, but it was close. water leaking from under the well bladder. Could not figure out how to remove it. Plumber showed me how to remove it. He Assessed broken pvc pipe and explained what was needed to repair it and given an est. it would be a simple fix. the est. was way too high for this repair. He said it would be around 240.00, if he fixed it. He evn agreed the job was too simple for tht price. He explained to me what a simple fix it would be, so I was able to get a friend to Do it in minutes, as instructed. However, he then gave me est, for other things I was needing info on and rep was very helpful. He sold me some enzymes for my septic tank. I found the plumber to be honest, fair, and Very helpful. Would recommend this service

Description of Work: Mr. Rooter ran a borescope/camera thru main waterlines of house. discovered all lines had years of...build-up, which required cleaning out. Mr. Rooter ran a cleaning system (don't recall the system name, but it was amazing!) through the lines and then ran the borescope through the lines afterward. the difference was amazing!

Description of Work: Our sewer lines from the house to the septic tank had to be all replaced. Mr. Rooter's staff did an excellent job. They were very professional and took the time to explain the "math" to me concerning the slope needed for the pipes, etc.

Description of Work: We had self installed dual flush toilets but one incorrectly. The agent successfully repaired the toilet and also checked all other home faucets. Even the washer connection.

Description of Work: Had a serious plumbing problem in our kitchen. Called and they sent a service man out within 2 hours. He worked very hard to fix the problem. He gave me the estimate and although it had to be redone do to the nature of the problem I didn't find the amount to terrible to swallow. In the past I have had a service contract and would probably gotten a good deal of guff and no repair. Will definetly use them in the future should we have another problem. Hope we don't.

Description of Work: Had a problem with a slow toilet drain; sold me the complete flushing of the waste systems for the whole house. The technician was efficient and worked until 12:00am the next morning completing the project. Two weeks later, I had additional problems with the firt service call and they tried to sell me additional services I did not need.

Description of Work: I stopped up my garbage disposal and could not get it unclogged. Water began to leak out of the pipe under the sink. I called this company and they sent someone out within a couple of hours. The service representative was very professional and checked under the house to make sure that there were no other problems. He spoke with my husband to explain the options, which were all very expensive. We chose the least expensive choiice and the pipe was replaced.

Worth it, since they fixed a recurring problem and gave me the piece of mind knowing that my system was fine. It was the City's pipes that were screwed up. Definately recommend this company.

Description of Work: I have had numerous plumbing problems, toilets overflowed and ruined carpet, old pipes, hadd to have a bathroon floor dug up, pipes replaced and floor replaced, new pipe to septic tank, pipes relined. Mr. Rooter has always been prompt to respond and technicians are very courteous and helpful. The amount spent is over a period of 3 years, having them back out every two or three months.

Description of Work: We called Mr. Rooter on Sunday, October 2 when all of our plumbing was backing up. To our surprise, they not only respond on the weekend, but they do not require you to pay a minimum service fee. One of the plumbing companies we called doesn't provide weekend services. We narrowed it down to a clogged main outside. When they came they investigated the problem, run a camera down the outside pipes to confirm it and then cleaned it out. They let us know every step of the way what they were doing to solve the problem and what needed to be done in the future. They also found that the builders plumbing contractor had placed the main connector under the driveway and the pipe had been broken for quite some time. This provided for the sewage to back up. Thank God we called them and it was taken care of without incident. After the immediate service was completed, they gave us a price on moving the main connector from under the driveway into the yard where it should have been placed to begin with. The price we received for that work was better than expected. Not only were they informative, but they provided exceptional service and the price was not bad. We will highly recommend Mr. Rooter. Keep up the good work!!!

Description of Work: Started out rough as told them not to repair leak in old metal line but to disconnect line and run new water line from supply to house. Emailed this in first contact and told to receptionist on telephone the next day when they called to schedule appointment. She told me serviceman would call me to verify after he surveyed job. He never called and had to meet customer service at job site to straighten this out. Serviceman had attempted to repair the leak however it was still leaking. They did the repair correctly then next day and even offered to do that night. They even called to let me know that they were starting the job. Guess price was good but used to doing it myself. I could have done for about $40.00 in parts but did not have time. Is $505 good to run about 10 feet of PEX and then run another 10 feet to add outdoor facet?

The service and quality of work was wonderful and if anybody uses this company make sure you get the advantage plan! You get other discounts with two other companies which is so cool!!! Do not hesitate to use them!!
