She called on Tuesday at 6:32 pm & we returned her call at 7:30 am Wednesday. She had to have someone that day but we were extremely busy & had no openings. We offered to call her if we got a cancellation but she did not want that.

Description of Work: We have a house built in 1950 so several of the plugs didn't work anymore and/or the connections were not up to todays code. He checked and replaced the outdated plugs with the newer ones and whatever was necessary to bring everything up to code. Also the dryer vent was not properly vented to the outside so he cut a hole in the floor and the outside foundation wall, installed the tubing to properly vent it to the outside. Another room had light switches crossed up that he fixed and installed a dimmer. The bathroom plug/light/vent switch had to be replaced. He (Trey) came when he said he would and was very informative and courteous.

Description of Work: I called about having three indoor lights installed. They were replacement lights, two ceiling mounts and one bathroom vanity light. Chris came the same day and installed the lights for a very fair price. He did an excellent job and I am one happy customer. You can't beat same service!

Description of Work: We called them to look our electrical on a mobile home . When the guy got there he said they don't do mobile homes and to call a mobile home company.They knew it was a mobile home before they got there,so why show up? He did a couple tests and was gone. But I did save 5% for being on Angies List. My wife was there and she paid him. It would have turned out a lot differently if I had been there.

I have called this customer at least 6 times & left messages for him to call me back so we can resolve this problem. Additionally, I have mailed a letter to the address listed in the review & the address in which we did the work. These are the only points of contact that I have with the customer. Still, I have heard nothing back from them.
