We can not say enough about his professionalism and detailed work ethic. Thank you Jasper. Beautiful end result of roof and we are very satisfied and will recommend Middle Georgia roofing.

+ 0 moreNot well, he never completed the job I would not recommend him for anything !!! He presents himself as a Christian but he's the devil in disguise !!!! If you see him run !!!!!!
Description of Work: I needed a new roof placed on my house. Johnny Glasco and his crew placed new tile on top of old tile. He didn't line them up correctly. My roof started to leak within months and he pretended to come out while I was away @ work but from the looks of my roof, he never showed. He was very confrontational and refused to complete the work. I called him on several occasions and once he answered, he lied about coming. I made the mistake of paying him before he completed the job. He came to me wanting to get paid so that he could pay his crew and on good faith, I gave it to him. He cashed my check the same day, and it took several phone calls before came back out and half completed the job. he was also supposed to do trimming on my house. My husband went out and purchased all this wood for him to never come back again. I have sevral roofers come out to assess the issue, and will cost me almos 9,000.00 to get my rood done right. Do not use JOHNNY GLASCO!!!!!! He is a liar and a cheat. Connie Davis Byron, Ga

+ -1 moreHe had a couple of guys start working first thing in the morning. They worked steadily all morning. In the early afternoon a couple more guys joined them, and they were completely finished by around 5:00. I couldn't believe it.

+ 0 moreThe job, to replace about 2,500 sf of siding, was estimated to take 4 days and it ended up taking over 2 weeks. The sub contractor, Mr. Glasco hired, worked for about 5 hr per day. Their work is average in quality. Some of the siding butt joints, where the siding is longer than 12ft, are not lined up very well. The product does not require face nailing, however it was done on quite a few pieces of siding. Prior to painting the siding I was able to fill the face nail holes with elastomeric caulk, which really helped to hide the holes. Above I said that I would hire them again, however the real answer, which wasn't an option, is maybe.
Description of Work: Contracted with Middle Georgia Roofing owner Johnny Glasco on removing most of the Masonite siding on my home and replacing with Hardee fiber cement siding. Mr. Glasco provided a detailed estimate and we agreed to proceed with the project. I paid about 25% of the estimate upfront and work began within a day or two. A couple days into the job I decided to add some additional work which included replacing the wood facia and trim boards with Hardee trim. We agreed on the additional cost of the change order.
