I am so angry as I am writing this review. This lawn company first came to mow my lawn a few weeks ago which is when the problem started. As one of the guys was mowing my lawn, he hit a pipe and didn't bother to let us know. We just happened to go down and check the mail and noticed there was water spewing out of the lawn. We contacted the owner and he apologized, waived the bill, and said he would have his guys mark the spot so they wouldn't mow it again. We called a plumbing company and they tightened the pipe and everything seemed fine. All I asked was that next time they let me know when they were coming so I could be sure to remind them to mark the spot. Issue resolved, so I thought. This past Wednesday, they came to my house and without alerting me first, they came to cut my grass. I didn't realize they were outside until I heard them mowing. I decided to wait until they came to the door to speak to them, of course they never knocked on my door. When they left, I noticed they once again hit the same pipe. I contacted the owner who said he would send a man out, who never showed. There was so much water coming from the pipe I had to turn my water off for the night. The next morning the guys come to the door with a faulty lie, stating that there was already water sitting where the pipe is, which is very untrue as I check it periodically since the first incident. They brought the owner with them but it wasn't until one of the guys addressed him that we realized he was standing there too. He refused to take responsibilty for his employees' negligence. He argued back and forth with us and we were left to pay for the pipe replacement and a high water bill. I will NEVER use this company again!!!
