Flooring, painting, redoing the foyer and back and front doors, windows, etc. However, while my experience with the department that handled window installation was superb, the department that was overseeing the other items was horrible and we ended deciding to either do some of the work ourselves or hire other parties to do it. I was very disappointed. I was lead to believe Lowe's would be a one stop shop to take care of all the needs we had to upgrade and repair issues with the house but that was not how it worked out. They were very disorganized, unprofessional, uninformed and focused on everything in the house but the things we needed done. We had all the windows replaced upstairs. The price was great and the job went exactly as promised. We are in the process of setting aside money to have the downstairs one done as well and will be using the same person at Lowe's as before.

I've had good and bad experiences at Lowes, this particular branch always had helpful employees and good service. I purchased a chest freezer and used the Lowes delivery service. The freezer arrived Amin great condition and the drivers were friendly and professional.

It is under warranty, so I am not charged anything, that is why I am slightly more patient. I have a Samsung dishwasher,and all parts and labor are in the warranty as long as it is not user error or destruction of property. I don't blame them, I think at some point they should just offer to replace the dishwasher, because it is costing them more money to send all these contractors to come out. I don't blame Lowe's for the problems with the dishwasher. Sometimes it takes a week or 2 to get somebody out here. They haven't always showed up when indicated, but everyone who has come out is cool.

Lowe's we used them with flooring. We are buying it because we had an issue with them giving us estimates and overcharging and telling us wrong information. We are buying the material but we are having someone else install it. They quote us close to $12,000. The quote was about about two or three weeks ago. It was close to $12,000 for the labor and the materials, the material itself was $660. When we had someone else that does flooring and he did calculations based on square footage and we did our own calculations as well and it was only about $2,000, $2,500. It was a huge difference. We still can't figure out why. They were pretty much charging us for double the square footage that we didn't need. We know that there is 10%, you have to add 10% more but even with the 10% more it should have had a price that was about $3,000 not not $6,050.

I was pleased and there were no issues. They took their time and did it right. They had to cut the pipes so that it would fit the particular kind of water heater that I bought. They did a good job with that. I had to pay extra. They were friendly. It took them a long time because we had to cut the pipes. They were fine about cleaning up afterwards.

The crew was super nice and really knew what they were doing. The floor had problems because it was laid over concrete and that was not their fault. There are lumps in my floor. They tried very hard to sand them down, but they were just too big, so there's bubbles; it doesn’t lie flat to the floor in some places. The concrete was laid when the building was built. It took them a long time to decide to do it because they thought the floor was damp. I liked the contractor. They should have at least talked to me about the leveling. Lowe's has a liaison between the customer and the contractor. The liaison should have told me.

They matched a price from another company for us. It was a fair and good price. Their work was fast. They guaranteed their construction.

today is Sept. 10 and kitchen is still not completed. First off, the contractor did not show up twice when he said he would. He then came to my house when I was on vacation during the first week in August, tore down all the boxes and left my cabinets in the garage with the door open for a week. Got home from vacation and no call from Lowes, I had to call them. Lynn was the contractor, and just would lie about everything, said I was not going back with a bar, said I was not going back with a gas down draft, so they cut my gas line with out asking me, then had to go back out there and fix it right, did not order a piece of molding which was about $200-$300.00 to go in the back of my bar because "Judd The salesmen said he discussed that with me and that I was trying to cut cost"...I am spending 4000.00 on Granite countertops , buying all new appliances, but I want to save 300.00 on a piece of molding. We are not living in the house because we have moved to another state. went to check on things yesterday and a door is missing, I had to call Lowes again seems they can never call me, and argue with them again about the molding and the door. Also my mother dropped by the house to check on things and found Mr. Bowling and Anna (Another employee at Lowes) kicked by on my couch watching the contractors work...I really could go on and on but not enough time, they set my alarm off, they closed my garage door when I was having ups pick something up from my house. DO NOT EVER HAVE LOWES DO ANY WORK AT YOUR HOME.
