Fair. Twice charged me for mowing entire yard when he chose not to mow the back once (said he didn't think it needed it) and once he said he couldn't get into the backyard. We normally open a 2-sided gate at his request, but there's also another available gate he could enter. We were out of town at the time. Also, be advised of additional/hidden charges such as leaf removal in addition to mowing fees, etc. Larry and crew are professional and conscientious, but Larry tends to be overly sensitive to customer input IMHO and tends to blame lack of success on the customer's inability to keep yard watered (for example)--even though weed continue to grow and prosper. Larry discontinued service with us following an honest input regarding his service, but we were about to do the same. If you already have a VERY WELL maintained yard with sprinkler system, I would recommend them. If not, you may want to look elsewhere. Just MHO.

LBS provide a fantastic lawn service. My yard always looks well manicured. My neighbors always compliment me on how well my lawn is maintained. I would highly recommend LBS to family and friends.

LBS responded the next day and promptly and performed a great job on their normal day off (Sunday). It is a family business and they were delightful to work with. They clearly wanted the business and were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them, and will hire their services again when needed.

Larry and his crew were great! There was no way I could have tackled this by myself. I couldn't be in town on the day of service so Larry took before, during, and after photos of his crew in the yard to emailed me the transformation. I was in town the next day and I noticed people walking by and pointing at my yard, in what I assume was a good way :). Larry & crew will likely be my yard care team for a long time to come.

Mr. Smith came to give me an estimate and decided to perform the job at that time. He was very professional and finished the job in a short time. The job was done efficiently and thorough. He even performed some extra chores for free. The cost was very reasonable. I would recommend him for any job and do intend to use him again.

Larry Smith runs a family business that is consistently punctual, efficient, and reasonably priced. He and his family are courteous and friendly. He sends alerts of service dates and bills electronically and has a website that makes paying easy. I highly recommend him and his business,

I had Larry and his crew handle my lawn needs for a couple of years. The lawn work was always done timely and Larry was able to offer some additional services such as keeping my pine straw refreshed and basic lawn fertilization services. I would recommend LBS Lawn Care.
