Knox Pest Control

Somehow we got a family of Norwegian Rats living under our house (we suspect a neighbor is tossing trash into the woods). They chewed their way threw our laundry room floor and into our walls. Knox came out as soon as I called! I'm sure the panic in my voice might have had something to do with the fast response. Needless to say with a critter chewing holes in my house I wasn't exactly the calmest person. The 2 guys that came out here could not have been more nice!! They took pictures under the house for me to see what was going on. Informed me that we have some chewed wires also (I'm sure I will be reviewing an electrician soon). They answered every question I had, and wasted no time about putting down traps and bait boxes. They put mesh over the holes to keep the rats out of the house. All that was yesterday. Today they have already called and are on they way back out to check the traps and add some foam behind the mesh to ensure the rats stay out of our house. Time will only tell how effective the treatment will be, but I don't have any doubt that these guys know what they are doing. This was my first time using them, and without a doubt I will use them again!!!
