I had Ken's to install a radio for me in my 2016 Tiffin Phaeton RV. They also replaced the 10 stock speakers with some upgraded ones. I could tell from the start how there was a big difference in the sound in my rig. I was still not totally satisfied so I went back and let Chris build me two custom boxes to give me the sound I really wanted. He customized my two boxes and now my RV is hitting hard. I am nothing but smiles every time I crank this thing up. There is no doubt in my mind that whatever my next project that I can foresee getting done to my rig I will be taking it back to Ken's hands down. You guys rock!

Once again Ken's has went above and beyond hooking my system up in my 1965 Buick Skylark. Nothing but praise for these guys. I would hire them over anybody anyway foe the great job they do. Thank you Ken's.

THESE GUYS ARE LIGIT! Installing a security system was a challenge because of the way my house is built. Team Ken's stepped up to the plate and hit a grand slam. If you want fair prices, quality work, and a peace of mind, hire Ken's.

I was charged on my invoice for items that they didn't use or install. Not professional in aesthetics of installation, following up to make sure job correct, returning calls or answering questions. I've since had contact w/ other customers & 'contractors' that cross paths w/ Ken's & they all conclude DO NOT USE THEM. I'm also aware of them cutting corners & charging for premium products in several install @ least: ex. Charging for a 50' HDMI cable, when actually they used a 12ft & under house cut & spliced cheap wiring w/ch first is stealing & second left the unknowing customer w/out the picture/sound quality that was promised. Not a trustworthy business.

Big waste of my time. I stopped by the store where I spoke to Michael about replacing my surround sound system. He scheduled an appointment for the following day and never bothered to call me to tell me he was not showing up. It was not till I called to inquire that I learned he was unable to make it but that he was sending his assistant. The assistant called and we rescheduled for the next day at 11:00 am. By 4:00 no one had come so I called again and after some excuses, the guy showed up. We discussed my needs in terms of sound quality, the upgrading to a smart TV, he took pictures of the space "to share with Michael," etc. He was to call me with an estimate in three days. That was three weeks ago. I've never dealt with a more irresponsible business.

On every occasion that I have called Michael Jones or Kens Stereo that have been incredible. The service is great and the price has been comparable even to Crutchfield. Any time I have had an issue they have come and corrected it even at 8PM when I am sure they could have been at home. Wen we first bought our house and moved in I had other contractors fail to show when they said they would. NOT Michael Jones he showed up on time and when we told him what we wanted he had 2 crews there ASAP and stayed there until 8pm that evening finishing up. The best thing about Michael Jones and Kens is that they treat you like a human being not a quick sale like some of the others. The customer service is incredible and I would recommend them to anyone and have. Anyone who says different is not being honest. They stand behind their products and have gone so far as to let me know of any possible issues that might come up even when I have screwed up the remote control. Thank you Michael Jones and Kens for being a GREAT family business like ours. I will continue to shop with you and consider your business the best.
Description of Work: Michael Jones and Kens Stereo have done several installs and repairs for my home, family business and my in-lawshome. Including complete theater systems in 2 houses. They recently added a GPS stereo into the vehicle I drive for work every day. The sonos systems they installed in both homes are incredible. The day before my wedding one of our outside speakers shorted and within a few hours they were repaired.

Took our large screen Tv to Ken's Macon branch. They fixed the TV but we still had a small problem when we got it back home. We callled Kens and a service representative came out within hours and fixed the TV at our house, No further problems,-will certainly use them in the future if needed. Very qualified TV repairmen which is, hard to find and at a very reasonable price. Very trustworthy!

My attempts to communicate effectively with Michael Jones were useless. He denied the camera system problems, scheduled times after times to make repairs but didn't show, would not make the necessary repairs, and ignored my reports about the problematic camera system altogether. He doesn't use documentation for repairs (paper trail).The only cooperation that I receive from Michael Jones was when he sent the technician out to change the back deck's camera right after it was put in (it kept going out).
Description of Work: Michael Jones, co-owner of Ken's store sold me a faculty camera system for my home. The system cost me $2,586.89. The camera system never worked 100% properly. The back deck's camera was changed out three times shortly after being put in. Michael denied to the Better Business Bureau ever having the defaulted cameras changed out. In fact he reportrd to the BBB that nothing was ever wrong with my camera system and that he would send a technician out as many times as I wanted him to and check the camera system out. Why would he say that if he first said that nothing was ever wrong with the camera system? The front porch camera's infrared went out. The remote control never worked properly, only four numbers worked. Michael Jones repeatedly made promises to repair the system but never did. He professess to be a christain on his weekly TV Advertisement Program, however I have never known a christain to conduct business in this unprofessional manner. My request to the BBB was for Michael to replace the camera system or refund me half of my money. Michael Jones did neither. He ignored me completely. My complaint letter to the BBB is on file. I have never encountered a professed christain business man who lies repeatedly to a customer in reference to making a repair. To this date, Michael Jones has not corrected this problem. It has been 2 years and the problem has not been resolved. He had no intentions of making the repair. He lead me to believe that he would but never did . It was promise after promise to no avail. Michael Jones failed to use good business practices with me. He should be held accountable for selling me a faulty product.
