They where very professional and timely in service. The crew showed up promptly, were courteous and exceeded our expectations. The clean up after completion of services again exceeded our expectations

They're awesome. I called them because I've used them before. They gave me the best estimate. The best price. We just decided to wait until the end of the summer to take the trees down, but we'll be using them.

They did a good job, better than the first time they came out.

They were very prompt in responding for an estimate. I told them I did want to use them and they marked the trees. That was in October. They said they would probably get to it in November. Never heard anything. Emailed and called the website. Nothing. I called the person that came the first time and he said it had been too wet and they needed to use a crane. February came and I called again. I got the same story, so I told them I would get someone else. I did and they cut them down within 2 weeks without using a crane. I hear GBTS does a good job when they get to it. I just thought 4 months was a little ridiculous. Not sure if I would call again. Hoping I don't need someone.

We had more than 25 trees removed and hired them for a daily rate of $3000. It was cheaper to hire them by the day for this much work. Their daily rate was less than other quotes from competitors. They used smaller equipment for the trees in back so they wouldn't destroy our driveway. They were really hard workers, cleaned up the debris and were anxious to please. We bought them pizza for lunch and had drinks available. They were clean cut young men and did an amazing job.

Never showed up to do the work. We even called, at least once and they said they would come. It has been at least 6 months, maybe longer.

Remove some trees they failed to meet me on the property and get a clear understanding which led to lots of misunderstanding

Absolutely frustrated, I was referred to this company by a landscaper (who turned out to be a disappointment too) birds of a feather. Okay, I contacted someone at the company and he went by and gave me an estimate (that was basically the last time they communicated with me). Three weeks later I called to give them the job, I asked if he would meet me at the job to get an understanding of the scope of the job. He told me he doesn’t work on the weekends (a red flag went off) and they are professionals. Okay, one day I received a call stating that a tree company was on the property removing trees. I did not receive a call from them or a heads ups that they were going to perform the job. I had someone to pay them thinking the job was performed correctly, and when I got to the property that weekend, I was so disappointed. They left trees very near the house and some touching the storage building in back. I immediately called them, and they sent me a text message a few days later stating that they would look at the job again. I did not hear from them for several weeks, but someone told me that they had returned to the property. I could not see any difference. For the next few weeks, I left them many messages and no response. Finally, a calm talking man called and said we did what we should have done and we are finished with the job. But you could pay us $600 more and we will finish the job.

Grays Tree Service is the bomb! They were professional, clean and did exactly what I asked for. They cleaned up after themselves and my yard is so transformed.

Fantastic job! Three of the trees I wanted removed were directly next to power lines and, using a crane, they removed them with absolutely no issues. Gray Brothers cleaned up and were done with everything in a little under 4 hours. Very impressive.

Determined that the tree in question was dead and should be removed. Workmen were on site the same morning and took down the tree, chopped it up, ground up the stump, hauled off the debris, and cleaned up within an hour of arrival. Very professional and highly recommended.

The estimate was for $400.00 to remove five dead trees and grind the stumps, which they did. They also trimmed some dead branches out of the top of an additional tree. They were pleasant, polite and thorough. There was not a speck of debris in sight when they left. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Seldom is work done at such a reasonable price in such a professional manner. They are tops!

They did a SUPER job! They came equipped with everything to handle the job. It was amazing to watch as they used the crane, hoisted the climber up to the top of an 80 foot tree, he tied off the top then worked his way down the trunk to a reasonable length, secured himself with his safety belt, and then used a chainsaw that was hanging on his tool belt to cut the trunk above where he was. As soon as the trunk was cut, the crane operator pulled it straight up and was able to swing it around and set it down where the other workers could trim off the limbs. Someone with the huge dump truck with a loader would use the loader arm to picky up the debris and trunks and drop them over into the truck. And so it went until the tree was completely removed. Afterwards, another worker came with the grinder and ground the stump down. These folks KNOW what they are doing and did a SUPER job! I am very pleased! I would definitely use them again in the future and will now recommend them to all my friends who may need trees removed!

We've been using Gray Brothers Tree Service for more than a decade -- we're in the country surrounded by some very large trees. We went through a period when they did so much work for us I kidded that they needed to set up a branch office here. Before I started using them I tried many other local tree services before I tried Gray Brothers. They've always been professional, punctual, reasonably priced and do a thorough job of clean up before they leave. When they say and quot;no job is too smalland quot; -- they mean it but also do an incredible job of deftly dismantling 100 ft.+ tall trees in sections, carefully working around overhead wires, close structures and avoiding damage to ground plants as they work. Watching their crane with a 124 ft. reach is awesome! When you use Gay Brothers we think you're in God Hands.

They were nice and very good in recommending situations.

GBTS cut down 3 trees, ground the stumps and trimmed another tree. These were big oak trees and they did a great job, quickly and efficiently! They did not arrive as early as they said they would arrive but once they got here they took care of business quickly so - there was no problem. We were very happy with the service and would definitely call them again.

They were all professional and really seemed to care about their customers.

The work was completed rapidly, with no damage done to our property. Interaction with the work team was friendly, pleasant, and professional.

The work was done very well--they grinded the stumps down thoroughly. It took a long time to get them out to do the work after the first contact with Christian Gray, but the work was entirely satisfactory.

Butch was very knowledgeable about trees, showed a lot of patience answering my questions and was very thorough and professional. In addition to discussing the tree that was down, he answered a lot of my general tree questions. He estimated that it would be $300 to clear the tree and clean up all of the mess. Again, he was very patient and kind, and he took up a lot of time. Gray Bros. was originally recommended to me by my insurance company. But my regular lawn service was already scheduled to do the annual yard clean up, so I felt I should call and ask if he wanted to make this a part of that job, and he said yes, and I may save a little money this way. Since he has been doing a wonderful job on my yard for years, and previously removed and cleaned up a former downed tree, it seemed the right choice for this job. But I will definitely call Gray Bros. back about other [living] trees that may need to be cut back or removed with the stump. And I imagine that everyone at Gray Bros. is very nice, but will request Butch Silvernail because I was really impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

Initial contact was over two months ago with work scheduled to be completed within two weeks. However, due to circumstances beyond the owner's control, continued heavy rainfall seldom seen in our area, the ground was not suitable for work to begin. Owner contacted us when he thought it could do it, but rain fell the next day heavily, so after a couple of days of drying out, the crew arrived early on the Saturday morning and worked continually until about 6:30 pm even through some afternoon rain. They completed the job, cleaned up exceptionally well, and protected my yard furniture and pool the entire time and did what they could to prevent damage to the still somewhat soaked ground. The owner then came after the crew left to check out the property himself. The owner was especially professional and down to earth friendly, as well. We will definitely use him again in the future.The owner was exceptionally considerate of the desire we had to get the property safe for leisure and exercise activities of the DeafBlind property owner at our location. I, being that person, am especially grateful to the owner for the and quot;go above and beyondand quot; attitude and effort.

Gray Brother's was the second tree company we got a quote from. The first was going to be doing a couple less trees were not going to grind up all the stumps and were not going remove all the trees but shoot the chips into the wooded area causing a lot of ants to love the area not a great idea and they cost was a little more. We decided and were very glad that we went with Gray Brother's Tree Service. GBTS is an Excellent, Excellent company!! We set up an appointment with Christian Gray discussed the trees and limbs we wanted removed and he gave us an estimate of 5700.. We set up the dates that they would be here. They were here for two days as stated they arrived everyday before 8 and worked late. They were better and did more than they had to and were glad to do it. This is a wonderful and professional company. They were astounding the way they worked so well together and always safety conscientious. The woman that operated the crane is so very skilled at her job and a couple times even having to lift the trees up over our house with no trouble at all. She made it look so easy and no easy task since our house is three stories tall. It was very exciting to watch. And the man that climbed the tree to cut the tops of the very tall trees and the limbs was so quick and so great at the job never looking uncomfortable or unsafe. The ground crew working closely using the chain saws cutting the branches off the large pieces as they were lowered down to them and cutting the bottoms of the trees and cutting the trees to manageable sizes then grinding the stumps right to the ground and raking and cleaning up everything. Always seeming to be in just the right place at the right time They were fast and fantastic. The group even cut a few extra trees that my husband asked about and a few extra tall large branches and pushed the brush way back away from the pool which will make keeping our pool clean so much easier this year. If you need a great tree service I recommend GBTS. They were a truly hard working professional company with very nice happy people. We had no problems what so ever!!

I am waiting for their reply to come and do the job, but nobody has contacted me to do it yet. Christian Gray was supposed to call me but I have not heard from them yet.
