The technician was Stephen. Stephen was on time and fixed what he originally came to do. Before he left we pointed out other issues that need to be fixed. He give us a fair estimate on the other projects so we had him take care of them. I will certainly recommend and use them again.

Donnelly's AC worker came and it was a bad timing. First of all the worker was late. I have to call the office twice to find out if the technician is still coming, cause no one bothered to call me to let me know that the repair guy is going to be late. When he finally showed up, it was already raining. However, he still manage to work to put coolant in my AC even though it was raining hard. Well, after he put the coolant in, I realized the AC was only running outside and not cooling the house at all. So he went under the crawl space and checked the breaker or something. He claimed that it was damaged or something and left the breaker or something open and claimed that it will need a new motor or something ( I forgot what he called it), but the AC was running before he turned the power off, put the coolant and did something under the crawl space, it was only blowing hot air. When it is time to turn the AC on, it is no longer working at all! Then he claimed my AC unit is very old and will have to be replaced instead of making the AC work temporarily until I can have the money to replace the whole unit. I still got charged for the coolant for $206.61, got an estimate of $4,000.+ to replaced the whole unit and left. Mean while, the AC is out, cannot be turned on, cause he disconnected something in the crawl space, So AC have coolant but of no use cause the AC cannot be turned on at all.

Was calling to get a quote didn't even get a chance to schedule an appointment. The representative on the phone lost her cool when I asked if they could come out and give a quote. She said they do not discuss quotes over the phone and if I need them to come out the service charge would be $69.00 initially. When I stated "so that I understand you, I have to pay $69.00 to get a quote?" she raised her voice stating "We do not give quotes over the phone!" , and hung up. Donnelly's set a new low in customer service. If Donnelly's repair service is anything like their rude customer service than I'm glad I did not schedule service through them.
