When I told him I was taking bids, he didn't want to come. I even offered to pay for his travel and he still refused. He said he only works by referrals. He said he didn't know why he was on Angie's list.

Mr. Fowler replaced the rotten Masonite siding on my chimney. He quoted me a labor price of $400 to do this. He also replaced the rotten 2x4s and plywood boards beneath the siding because they too were rotten for absolutely free, because he did not feel that it was fair to me to change his original quote after he had already started on the project. He cut the boards to perfection and fixed the root of the problem. He also repaired a hole in my air conditioning duct. I asked him to fix a joist underneath my master bath and he assured me that replacing that joist was a waste of money. I really appreciate contractors who actually tell you when you DON'T need something done. All in all, Mr. Fowler will be painting the exterior of my home in a few months, so I will post another review then.

I have never met and hired contractor with more integrity and honesty than that of Clinton Fowler. His work ethic and attention to details was superb. I hired Mr Fowler to remove popcorn ceiling and repair Sheetrock, prime and paint the ceiling in my home. He always showed up when he told me he would be there. in fact he was the only contractor I called that showed up to give estimate when he said he would. Not days later. While he was doing the work he treated his help with respect that is rare these days. He also kept work areas clean throughout the day and left the house cleaner than before he started. His rates were honest and reasonable. Everything and more he told me he would do was done when he said it would be done by. The job was finished beyond my expectations. I feel lucky finding this Man knowing when I have maintenance issues he is only a phone call away.
