Description of Work: They came to my home on Sept. 17, looked at the bath and said "What you want will cost about $25,000.00" My budget was 7,000.00. I paid them $150.00 and then never heard back until Oct. 27, by then I had someone else already doing the work for the price I wanted.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. We liked them very much. I just thought they were very professional. They knew what they were doing. We're talking to 2 different ones and we haven't decided on which one we're going with yet but they both seem really good. As far as coming out and talking to us and drawing up a plan and everything, I'd give them an A.
Description of Work: Bickley Design Build Services came and looked at what needs to be done to our shower. They gave us an estimate.

+ -1 moreThe quality of the work is excellent and the various contractors were well-mannered. I gave them an A overall despite their high prices--I knew the price when I signed the contract, and there were no unexpected additional expenses.
Description of Work: Bathroom remodel: removed existing drop-in shower and whirlpool tub, replaced vanity cabinets and sinks, removed and retiled floors, replaced existing toilet, built tiled steam shower enclosure, built new closet.
