They are very dishonest people and very expensive as well. I wanted to install a Polaris on my older 1970?s pool. The owner told me there is no way to do this but one of his employees said they could. There was obviously some conflict within the company. For people who have basic experience maintaining a pool, there is no real reason to hire a company to do it if you would like to do yourself after you install a Polaris. I believe this is why the owner told me it couldn?t be done.

Their employee did not show up for the appointment we made with the company for Monday, June 29th. The company didn't even call to let us know he wasn't coming. Instead, he showed up the following day, no prior notice, he just showed up. He was supposed to clean the pool on that visit, but the pool was still not clean when he left. He told my husband he would return on Thursday to complete the job. My husband was home all day Thursday and he never showed up. On Saturday July 4th, our pool was just as green as the grass in our yard. Both my husband and I spent the better part of Sunday afternoon vacuuming out the green sutff from the bottom of the pool. I was very perturbed that we had to do this especially since we had hired someone "professional" to do it. On Monday morning, July 6th, my husband left our house to go to the store and was gone for 30-45 minutes. When he returned home, there was a bill on our front door with a note from this guy that stated that he had returned and cleaned our pool that morning. Needless to say, my husband let him know right quick that he was full of c*** and that there was no way he could have cleaned our pool in 30-45 minutes. An argument insued that resulted in my husband telling him he would pay for the chemicals he put in, but he wasn't going to pay him for "cleaning" our pool when he didn't. I know my husband can be nasty when provoked, but he said this guy was a total a**. Very unprofessional. As of today, Wednesday, July 8th, our pool is still not where we can get in it due to all the chemicals. It's not green anymore (thanks to me & my husband), but it's so cloudy that you can't see the pattern on the bottom.
