The service tech did call to state that he would be about 30 minutes late for the first appointment. The treated we decided on was for services to be done every 3 months. So far we are pleased with the first service.

The house has obviously been sprayed before I used them. There were probably larger issues.

Usually within 30 minutes, it's finished. Price is good. They do basically what other people have done but it has been so long since I've had anyone besides Arrow since I moved to this home. They have done a great job.

It is nothing particularly, one way of the other.

At first, Arrow exterminators came and did their spraying quarterly and we had the termite stations put in. This last year they have not come or called to see if we wanted their service in spite of our being on a contract. We asked for flea and mosquito spraying and they never called or came to do it. Fire ants are a continual problem here and we asked several times for extermination and did not get the service. I'm allergic to fire ants so it was a continual concern. I have no idea why they just stopped coming or calling.

The installer was not careful. He drilled into a french drain and installed a station directly into the drain (a useless location for a station). He had a loud argument with someone on the phone while he was in my yard. I called the supervisor and both issues were promptly dealt with to my satisfaction. Other than that I was pleased with the service, assuming I actually do not have termites, of course. The inspectors were courteous, thorough and professional.

No complaints

They are a good company. I have never had any problems. They treat for termites and so far we have had none. They always do a yearly inspection under the house.

They are punctual and do an ok job.
