A Master Move

Confirmed with Jeremiah two nights prior to move date with regards to time and number of movers. On move day; I was told I should be getting a call at 9:30am (30 minutes before moving appointment). No one called until 10:30am. When the movers called; they said they can't find the 4th mover. Jeremiah (manager) called me an hour later 11:30am telling me that 3 guys is more efficient than 4 guys. Please note that he did convince me before that 4 guys can do double the work as two guys would. Since they couldn't meet their own schedule/resources; I had to cancel the appointment. Unless you have a backup plan; do not use this company. Thankfully, I had a backup plan.

Moved my daughter from an upstairs apartment to a house. Team was on time, friendly and got straight to work.

Set up a move of household goods from Warner Robins GA to Tallahassee, FL. A Master Move, packed and loaded furniture in a 23 ft van that A master Move helped me set up.They also helped me set up unloading and un-packing on the other end All work done was exceptionally professional. Overall cost was way less than I would have paid with a long distance move.

They were about 30 minutes late (I had to call) but were very professional and fast.

Jeremiah was professional and pleasant to deal with. He stayed in communication with me as needed. His crew were also very nice and hard working and Jeremiah made sure they were staying on top of the packing and loading. They were very flexible with us as we had a big rainstorm right in the middle of packing which slowed the work. They were able to make use of that time to work in the house by preparing furniture still inside. Most of the items were packed well and securely. Jeremiah was knowledgeable when it came to packing odd items and glass shelves (which arrived in-tact). We had a few items damaged during the move- an entertainment center which had indentations from whatever was placed on top of it; and a kitchen island cart which looked as though it was stepped on during loading and the particle board snapped in half. (Fortunately, my dad thinks he can repair the cart...) Compared to our previous military moves, this was much less damage than before. Overall, we were pleased with A Master Move.

They are amazing. They are moving me again, next Thursday. They were very thorough. They were professional. I have been moved by dozens of companies and they are by far the best. They were on time, and quiet. They did not try to make friends. They listened to what I wanted and did the job correctly.
