A 1 Fence and Construction Company

Description of Work: This company was asked for an estimate for two (2) fences. They have made two appointments and have not kept either. I will mot contact them again.

Description of Work: I was promised this wonderful, wooden privacy fence that would carry a twenty-five year warranty with it. First, there are split boards already, the privacy is not great as there are quite a few large spaces between boards, the gate has never worked, they took too long to complete the work (owner Brenda West did admit to this), and they did not take off scraps that I paid extra to have removed. I cannot even get a recepit from the compnay. I asked Brenda to at least mail the paperwork I was to get. Her workers left telling me that Brenda would be by to check on things and would bring the paperwork. I called and called and called to get the work finished. They left up posts from the chain link fence that was removed along with trash the workers told me would be removed. I told Brenda immediately about the gate. I should have known better than to trust her because I am well aware of "let the buyer beware." All of the people involved talk a great game. Now do you really believe the twenty-five year warranty is worth a thing when they will not finish the job?! Each and every time I talked to her, she assured me she would be by and we set up times. I waited and she was always a no show. I cannot say they are worth the money for quality of materials, quality of work or professionlism.
