They were extremely knowledgeable and contained an incredible amount of overall handyman talent. As a first time homeowner, I am a bit anxious about pursuing home improvement projects on my own. Charles and his team even went shopping with me in order to show me the variety of products available and provide me with down to earth solutions to my home improvement issues. Charles and his team are humble, down to earth, and trustworthy! I highly recommend Charles and The Better Tradesman for any project you have!

+ -1 moreI hired Charles Carroll on June 3rd, 2016. I paid him in full to complete the work while I was out of town. He said the job, including my deck would take two weeks. I was gone for three weeks and came back to hardly anything finished. It is now September 14 and I still have two unusable bathrooms. Its so frustrating. I trusted him and really liked him at first. Don't fall for it. He is in poor health and has a terrible work ethic. I have asked him for my money back and he says he doesn't have it. Of course he doesn't

+ -1 moreWENT WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. NO ISSUES WITH PLUMBING THAT WAS REQUIRED AND CARPENTRY. GOT MYSELF NEW COUNTERTOPS AND CABINETS & NEW BATH. I WAS GOING TO PAY A MUCH HIGHER PRICE FOR MATERIALS BUT CHARLES FOUND ME A MUCH BETTER PRICE. I NOT ONLY SAVED A GREAT DEAL ON THE MATERIALS BUT ALSO THE LABOR BECAUSE HE WAS VERY REASONABLE. VERY PLEASED OVERALL.
