They came out to give an estimate and professional advise. He took his measurements, gave ideas on problem areas, and left. I received an email later that evening with multiple options and the prices. No hard sell - No continuous calling. Just an email. Called to schedule an install - the installers came out. They were very professional and personable. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.
