This company lived up to thier pledge to provide a timely, professioal remodel of our master bath. Thier installer was easy to work with and attentive to our concerns and wishes. The project manager was also great to work with.

The installer was an extremely talented craftsman who completed ALL the work, no scheduling of separate workers! Also, every effort was made to protect my home from construction activity. clean up after could have been better. Also suggest offering to clean windows when job is done. At our age it was a little difficult for my wife and I.

Overall working with Midtown was a positive experience., especially with labor shortages after the pandemic. All of the companies I was sent to to by Midtown were excellent experiences in make design design. I could change anything it would be these 2 items--the subcontractor used for the windows and the subcontractor used for the countertops. I would definitely use Midtown again.

The installer did not leave until I was completely satisfied.

They installed a maintenance free deck that we are thrilled with. We will use them again for future services.

We were very impressed with Midtownâ s quality of service. The windows took a little while to come in because of COVID backups, but once they did they got them installed very quickly. The two guys who installed them were very nice and helpful and made sure we knew how to work them before they left. We immediately saw the temperature difference in our rooms and the savings on our electricity bill! We are going to work on other sections of the house as soon as possible and will be using Midtown Home Improvement for the job.
