The company does high quality work. I recommend negotiating with MidTown to get a lower price than what they initially offer. Their initial quote was high in my opinion but we came to an agreeable price after days of discussion. The quality of their work was A+ which includes their assistance with material/color selection, countertop installation, plumbing including replacing shower valves, faucets, and toilets.

We had our older home updated with vinyl siding... salesman was professional, but very persistent. We decided to proceed, and were very happy with the results. Materials and installation were top notch.

They arrived on time, completed the project on time and left the work area cleaner than they found it.

We had a brand new deck built after moving into a home that had a 'cattle gate' at our back sliding door. The deck was built in less than a week and we love the beautiful outcome. All of the staff and laborers were communicative and made the process very easy. We look forward to working with them for a fence project in 2022!

Love the windows. The installer did an excellent job. Great value for the price. I would hire this company again for other projects.

It was frustrating that the manufacturer did not have the windows completed on time but this seems to be an issue for all companies. The install crew were very professional and the 9 windows were installed on time. They did a good job of cleaning up the work area.

My new vinyl fence looks excellent and exceeds my expectations. Midtown even coordinated with my HOA to get approval before install, which was the part of the process I was dreading the most. If youâ re looking for quality and professionalism, Midtown is where you should go. No theyâ re not the cheapest, but the cheapest would be nowhere near this quality or hassle-free.
