 + -1 moreDON'T USE SCAM! We went through our Home Warranty Company to repair our HVAC system. They dispatched Atlanta Energy Solutions. When he FINALLY showed up after 4 for a 2:30 appointment he stated there was a motor that was broken and he needed to order the part. He stated he couldn't order the part that day since the company closed at 4:30. When we followed up the following day (Friday) he stated he had ordered the part and it would be in on Monday. On Monday, I receive a call from our Home Warranty Company that he had just been authorized to order the appropriate part. We cancelled his services because we felt we were getting the run around. Fast forward - another company (Total Air Care - HIGHLY RECOMMEND) just left my house. The only issue was a lose wire. Atlanta Energy Solutions only wanted the money from the warranty company. They were not concerned with customer service or the fact that it's over 90 degrees. STAY AWAY!!!!!
