I called because I was losing water pressure in one of my zones because of a leak. Instead of locating and repairing the leak, they created alternate work by adding a head that was not coming up due to the lack of water pressure to another zone. The very next day I called another sprinkler company. They came out located the leak within 5 minutes! Something Alpha Lawn Sprinkler was too lazy to do. The second company charged me way less than what Alpha Lawn Sprinkler charged me for unnecessary work. They overcharged me for work that was not needed! I will never use nor do I recommend this company. They do not come when they say they are coming. Then they just show up out of the blue with no call beforehand to see if you are at home. perhaps hoping that you are not there and they can say. We came by.

Mr. Church troubleshot and repaired a broken electrical line on my sprinkler system.

Terry and Mike were great! Terry was able to diagnose the problem quickly and give me a best-case and worst case outcome. Thankfully, they were able to fix my leak relatively quickly. Terry came out in less than an hour after I called him panicking about water outside our house which we thought was from a broken sprinkler line. After just about 1-2 minutes Terry determined it was not a sprinkler line but something in or on the outside our house that was causing the water to collect. Terry & his assistant stayed with us for over an hour, trouble shooting, allowing us to take 30 minutes to shower & fill buckets in case we had to leave the water off to the house. Terry helped us narrow down the problem so we were able to calmly explain the issue to a plumber who came out shortly after Terry left. Terry went way out of his way to help us as we were frantically trying to figure out the issue. He is going to be our go to for sprinklers, our landscape lighting, etc.
