Since installation, Alpha Lawn winterizes my system annually and immediately makes himself available when emergercy repairs need attention. I have since hired his company to install landscape lighting. My home stands out from all others in the cul de sac with my neighbors constantly providing complimentary comments. Very condescending to women and unprofessional. When asked for an estimate, he refused to provide one until the work was completed. Terry talked over me and would not listen to my concerns. He asked me how much I thought it would cost, and, when I said 75.00, he stated **I do not go anywhere for 75.00**. He installed this sprinkler system less than 5 years ago. When I asked him if this simple repair was covered by his 5-year warranty, he stated **no** and doubled the repair cost. I informed him that I would never use his services again or recommend him to anyone.

Horrible experience. Terry took the money, did a poor job of installing, and was never to be heard of again when things were not working properly. He installed the wrong heads and coverage was very poor. Had to pay SOMEONE else to re-do the job. Do not use this service.
