Description of Work: The provider is going to build a house for us. No ground has been broken yet, but all dealings with the provider have been extremely professional, punctual, and friendly.

+ -1 moreOverall the house is nice and cozy.The people he hired to work on the house, are poor in professionalism as well as their quality of work. Countless times he took the word of his employers over the homeowner. I would report a problem, they would report they have already address the issue and/or took care of it, when in facted they had not.It took several contacts to him and my realtor to get the jobs done,however I am still having trouble.
Description of Work: We purchased a house from Mr.Hart.Overall it is a nice house.However, to get Mr.Hart to adhere to the warranty, was hard. I had to make several phones to him repeatly, email him, email his realtor and mine, then he would take action about my concerns.
