Gio and his team were very easy to work with. We had a sagging floor on an outer wall above the basement due to water damage that occurred years ago. We initially thought the repair would be simple but as they got into the project it was much more complicated than expected. The Apex team worked very hard to figure out the solution and kept us informed throughout the process. Our floor is now level and we have peace of mind seeing the new steel support posts and huge steel beam now supporting the floor from the basement. The team was very courteous and cleaned up after each day. I would recommend Gio and his team at Apex to anyone.

I met Alex when I had him do some work for the company I work for. He did such an awesome job for me there, I wanted him to fix a mistake I made at my house. About 3 years ago I installed drain pipes off of my downspouts, but did not go all the way to the curb, I had a 90 degree pop-up elbow about 2 feet away from the curb. My mower kept sucking the cover of the pop-up valve off and I got tired of replacing it. That, and the water from the pop-up valve was starting to erode the grass and dirt from around the pop-up cover. Alex and his team fixed the issue, and now the water will drain straight to the street. The price was well below of what I thought it would be. Now I am looking around to see what other jobs I can find for Alex to fix. Thanks again Alex for a job well done!!!

Gio and his crew help me and my house from falling literally. Gio and his crew installed some bracket called a lift pier and literally picked my foundation back to its original place. No other provider would take this difficult exterior foundation drainage and repair project. Gio and the APEX team worked with me to design and implement a top quality solution using best in class products to fix a 60+ year old foundation and problem that had damaged structural basement walls and caused regular water intrusion and mold issues. An interior solution would have only put a bandaid over a major problem. I now have a repaired foundation, a new and solid waterproofed wall, and French Drains that will keep water out by diverting it at the source. Apex did all this for less than the cost of installing an interior solution from any one of the well known national and regional companies. Plus, I did not have to demo the expensive finished interior walls that would have been required for an interior solution. Geo, his Apex team, and his network of trade professionals were great to work with and addressed any and every request and concern. For those of you familiar with Net Promoter Scores, I give Apex a NPS of 10!
