 + -1 moreGeorge Guyett (owner) added a screen porch on our house which was completed and paid for on April 25,2016. We have contacted him numerous times to repair a leak where the screen porch attaches to the original roof. Each time we call he promises to send his guys out to fix the leak so that we can put the furniture on the porch and begin enjoying it. It is now July 11,2016 and we still have been unable to get him to send anyone out to repair the leak. We have been unable to use our porch, although I'm sure he has been able to use our money. I will update if he ever completes my porch so that we can use it.
Description of Work: Added a scree porch to our home.

 + -1 morehe brought in a bunch of subcontractors who did crappy work. he refused to fix anything they messed up and wanted us to pay him more money to fix their mistakes
Description of Work: we wanted our garage converted into a room. they framed in the garage and put in a sliding glass door which had to be removed because of manufacture defect. they then put in a set of french doors which also had a manufacture defect that they refused to replace unless we paid more money. the crown molding was not flush and you can see every screw they put in the wall. they used poor quality wood when building the closet inside the garage. they did not caulk any of the work that was done. water has been coming in under the door. they did not put in carpet that they said they would put in and on our contract it also says a carport which was not put in either.

 + -1 moreWorkers placed ladder on a newly planted tree almost killing it and doing significant damage. We informed the owner and didn't get so much as an apology. Gutters were angled so that two roofs flow almost exclusively to one down spout where we already have a drainage problem in the yard which creates more of a drainage problem. The owner is a snake and I wish we had gone with another company.

 + -1 moreHe took too long to finish the project. He brought a lot of subcontractor. It felt like he was getting his buddies to do the work. People came in the evening and the weekends. It took two weekends to replace the shingles. The job was not his expertise but he took the contract.
Description of Work: He did a room extension. He also put shingles on the house.
