"Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone after you pay. After making the down payment we heard nothing for about 2 months, which they told us to expect since materials and workers affected by covid. We began to reach out at the 2 month mark and no one would call us back. we had to call and select the option to make an appointment for an estimate just to get someone on the phone. then the project manager left the company and no one picked up my project. it took about 5 months to get the siding on my house. they wrote up the contract wrong, I did not catch it, no siding on my soffits. fine, took about a week to get the sales man back on the phone. ordered the material for the soffits in mid February. Now the sales man has left the company and we are back in the same boat where we cant get anyone on the phone. Caveat emptor!"
