Cliff was very responsive when I called. I have a retail store and one of my point of sale terminals was down due to a virus. Cliff provided a phone consultation to try to get the computer up and running but I needed more attention. He came out to my store and had us up and running. His rates are reasonable. He only charged me for 3 hours when he was actually here for about 7 hours.
