I interviewed a number of people and they seemed to offer the most for the best price. It is expensive. I got the best references from other people. For the most part it was an A, but there were a couple of things that were not done to my satisfaction that they said they would come back and fix. On the other hand they have come back for other things. I would recommend them, but I also would have a couple of questions and some cautions. Their pricing was better than a lot of the others, but I still thought it was a lot.

The representative from Watercolors Custom Pools who came out to see us did not give us all the information we needed. First of all, we didn't get the pool that we thought we were getting. The one we wanted didn't have all the bells and whistles but it was an expensive pool. Then the punctuality was not good. We were told they would come out on a particular day and they didn't show up. The workers that were here worked very hard and completed the work in the time that we were told, but they were just labor. We did expect someone to come out and check the result. We rang the Owner who was very nice and polite on the phone, but because he was out of town we didn't see him. He said he would come out on a particular day and my husband stayed home from work and he never showed up. We were not given some really important information on how to prepare the new surface for use, or told that when you lay a pool surface you have to do certain things to it which require daily attention for at least a month. We had to get this information on our own because we weren't told. So the pool was not done to our satisfaction. This was when we started trying to contact the Owner, but we couldn't get anyone to come out. Eventually we had to stop the payments for the pool from our credit card, and we could not believe how long after that it took before they would interact with us! This whole process took a very long time. Eventually, the Owner did come out and they did do what was necessary to right the problems. So at the very end they did come through, but getting to that point was incredibly frustrating. The punctuality, responsiveness and service were all far below what we would have expected from such a big company. The price was probably comparable to others.
