Mr Wallis set a schedule and stuck with it. Work was done in a professional manner. Because of the nature of the job a few minor changes had to be made in design but there were no surprises and I am happy with my new patio retaining wall.

EXCEPTIONAL, EXCEPTIONAL, and EXCEPTIONAL are the words that describe my experience with Wallis Landscape. I live in a townhouse community and I had a backyard project in which I wanted to expand my patio from 170 sqft to 210 sqft using pavers. For my project, I contacted three landscaping companies to talk about the hardscape for my project and Bryan Wallis from Wallis Landscape impressed me the most and made me feel the most comfortable. He was on time for our appointment and when discussing the patio, he knew exactly what needed to be done as my backyard had a slight slope. He never mentioned that he would have to remove a section of my fence to complete my project or that maybe he would have to do this or that (i.e. guessing) like some of the other landscaping companies that I met with. Bryan was very confident in what needed to be done and discussed the layout of my patio with me that was aesthetically pleasing for the size of my yard. He provided recommendations of where the stairs should be placed, the best shape for the patio, and suggested the best paver color to compliment the brick on the back of my townhouse. He even brought samples by to make sure I was happy with the color. Upon the completion of my project, Bryan was on site to personally inspect the quality of work and he never made me feel that my job was too small for his company to handle and that meant a lot. What can I say about his team of professional workers they were PHENOMENAL, they worked together seamlessly as a team each one doing their part and taking pride in their work to make sure it was done right. They never missed a beat. I also appreciate the fact that the workers laid down plywood on the side of my home so the grass would not be damaged. Likewise, plywood was also laid in the backyard to put the sand and gravel on so as not to get it in the grass. My project was finished in a day and the workers left the site very clean. I want to give a special thank you to Marco for the excellent craftsmanship that he did on designing my steps, he knows his craft very well and I appreciate his attention to detail. Several times he asked me if I was happy with how everything turned out. When I give reviews I base it on my entire customer experience and not just one part of it. Five days after my project was completed I noticed that there was a small section of my patio that was not leveled. I contacted Wallis Landscape to voice my concern, they came out to look at the issue and they put me on the calendar right away to fix the problem. My patio is now perfect once again. In this day and time you find a lot of companies that do not do quality work and lack in the area of customer service and still expect you to pay as if they did a good job. Wallis Landscape is not one of these companies. I would like to thank Bryan Wallis and his staff for providing me with a wonderful customer experience from the start of my project to the end as I definitely feel like l made the right choice for my project. I would also like to give Nicole a special shout out for answering all my questions and being a great point of contact. Both Bryan and the crew were very prompt and professional. Bryan was able to provide a itemized quote on the same day we met him - he provided great input with respect to the design and layout of the project. The crew did a great job in starting work on time over several days, performing a first-rate installation, and did a great job of cleaning up each day and when finished. We are especially thankful of Marc (sp?), who was leading the crew, who went out of his way to adjust and fix our lawn sprinklers to make sure everything was OK before they left. Although we paid more than the initial quote, we were advised of any additional charges along the way.

Called them and never received a call back to tell me they weren't interested in the job or couldn't handle the job.

We loved working with Bryan from Wallis Landscaping. He gave us several options to choose from, his price was very reasonable, and the job was done in a timely manner. It went very well from the receptionist to the installer. We are new to the area and decided to take a chance and boy the best decision we made. Willis remind us of a landscape company we use back in NJ.

The job went fantastic. You could tell that the work crew knew exactly how the work should be performed and they got it done in a little over a day mostly in the rain. Excellent quality. We were more than pleased with the outcome. They did a great job in cleaning up as well.

The workers were good but company wasn't. The group doing the work at my house were leaving to start their own business. They were going up $100 a month & I could not afford that much. I went with Holton Lawn Service & they do a great job & don't charge as much.

Our experience with Brian and his crew was wonderful from start to finish. From the time Brian first came out to discuss our plan and his vision for our yard through to the final installation our experience was excellent. Brian gave us direction and ideas that were affordable and totally met our needs. The installation was fast and the crew professional in every way. We couldn't be happier and have already recommended Wallis Landscape to several friends.

Bryan came up with stacked-stone-appearing landscape block and caps that looked simply gorgeous. It took longer than anticipated - the ground was extremely dry/hard. Nevertheless, they completed the project in a few days and quite frankly, it makes our house look like an estate!. They took time to help us decide tweaks in improving the look, and incorporated them all with little difficulty. In the meantime, they discovered a major break in our sprinkler piping and replaced some other heads, too, that were poorly operating. They did this at half the cost a sprinkler outfit charged me a couple of years ago. I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of Wallis Landscaping. We will hire them again when we can.

I pre-qualified four very established companies thru Angie's List, Better Business Bureau & Secretary of State before contacting them. I obtained a written estimate from all four. Bryan Wallis was the first to come out. He was punctual, thoroughly explained the work process needed for completion. He gave me a tentative estimate that day. When I called back for install date I requested two recent references of similar work & insurance certificate summary. A final written estimate, references & insurance certificate were emailed to me within two days. I asked several questions from each reference & one customer said he could sum up his experience in one word....phenomenal! The day of install Bryan & three teams arrived promptly; he reviewed the three projects to be done with me again. Bryan remained long enough for teams to get their equipment in place & begin work. He came back at lunch to check progress. All work was completed within 8 hrs. & clean-up was perfect. At the end of day Bryan reviewed work completed, I made final payment and he provided me a Waiver & Release of Lien as requested. The next day they emailed me instructions on care for the new zoysia sod. This is a top notch company with dedicated professional workers. We are looking to call on them again next spring for another backyard project.

At first, it all looked nice. I asked Brian if he was positive that I would not have any drainage issues , he said "yes ma'am, I guarantee my work". First time, it rained my whole back porch was flooded several inches. This was a main concern and was to be fixed at first. Brian came out and told me that I would have to meet him halfway and pay half of cost to fix it. I told him absolutely not. That he was supposed to guarantee his work. His words to me " alright, I'll do it, but you better give me a **** good Google review"! I told him to leave my house. After coming out the second time , the problem was fixed.

Turnkey service. They show up reliably each week (within the same time frame) and do consistent, quality work maintaining my yard...front and back. Very pleased. My old landscape company ended up transitioning their business in my area to Wallis Landscape and Maintenance. The transition was simple and seamless. They clearly communicated the details related to my schedule and service. No major changes were made, which kept it simple and turnkey. They also gave me information on their website, client portal, and online payment options. (They even upgraded their client portal recently. Which is very user friendly). Since they took over my lawn care, the service for my yard has been great. They show up reliably and tackle what's needed consistently. I come home from work to a clean and well manicured landscapes in both my front yard and backyard. I would easily recommend them to a friend or neighbor.

Great- they were on time, did a great job keeping me apprised of any changes to the budget from the quote (which were a result of my additions), and kept the area very clean.

Bryan and his team are amazing. Bryan designed a paradise in our backyard. The irrigation system installed by Wallis Landscape is so easy to operate and keeps the yard beautiful. Anytime I have a need to have trees and shrubs trimmed or additional pine straw for the flowers beds, the Wallis Landscaping team is always there.

Great! Bryan (Wallis Landscape) was the lone contractor who offered me common sense simpler options, rather than just a checklist of add-ons. I felt so comfortable with his level of integrity, that I insisted my neighbor, who was in the process of hiring another company, at least talk to Bryan first. He hired Bryan & was thrilled with the result.

Awesome experience. Brian came over as scheduled and provided all the quotes. His team arrived on time and the work is close to flawless. They are supported by a wonderful office staff (Nicole is super) and are responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend!

Wallis did an awesome job. I had an old wood wall around my pool which was falling apart. Wallis removed the old wall and installed a beautiful stone wall. They used their design and it turned out better than I expected. They laid plywood on the ground as to do no damage to my lawn and picked up all debris before they left. I would highly recommend Wallis Landscape and would definitely use them again.

Was very pleased with their service.

The work went very well. They trimmed the two major trees in the front yard and enlarged two islands, including the addition of sod around the islands. The tree trimming allows adequate sun for the lawn. The sod was to fill in areas that had lost grass due to lack of light. The sod took hold quickly and after only a few months, looked like the rest of the lawn. Others in the neighborhood have had sod added and it still looks different after two years.

WONDERFULLY!! On a scale of 1-10 it was a 20. It was so much more than i imagined. Plus Bryan started and finished as scheduled. His crew was great. I have nothing but positives to say about this project.
